Love it - just don't overfill top container
Easy to assemble and use. Water tastes great. Only advice - don't fill the top container completely if the bottom container isn't empty - it will still continue to filter the water even if the bottom container is full and water will go all over the place.

Delicious
Our water tastes like pool water. We now call faucet water, peasant water. It cleans all of the chlorine flavor. No tank leaks, but the spigot drips. I set a bucket underneath and if I wiggle it a bit it usually stops. Still happy with it.

Inexpensive and simple way to drink clean water.
Happy with this filter system. Filters well. Placed on counter near kitchen sink. Use faucet sprayer hose to fill. City water smells of chlorine and tastes horrible. This filter cleans the water to where it tastes similar to bottle water bought by the case. Bought a $4.00 self adhering convex mirror with slight rotation and mounted on wall above to see water level when filling (I am short). After initial 2-3 fills, it takes maybe 30 minutes to filter water to bottom dispenser. A sight glass will indicate when refill is needed. Good, simple product. Tired of paying expensive bottled water service.

(Update) Did not use a stainless steel nut for spigot
I had actually thought I had bought a good water filter urn. Did my research and everything. First thing I noticed was a film on the top surface of the filtered water. Our city water has a white mineral deposit when the water dries on surfaces. I messaged IceJoy about this with pictures and was told the film is normal for hard water. Well, I can tell you my new Purewell urn does not have that same film on the filtered water surface. And the water takes a lot longer to filter, than this IceJoy. I actually liked how fast it filtered, but now I am wondering if it was so fast because it was not filtering the water properly. My next complaint, which is by far the worst, is the nut that they supplied to connect the spigot to the urn, was a zinc plated steel nut. The zinc plating had chipped off into the filtered water. After that, the nut had corroded (rusted) in the filtered water. I had found this out after the first cleaning (which they recommend every month). So, my family and I had possibly been drinking corrosion for a couple of weeks. Rust can break down into fine particles, and might not be seen in a glass. Especially if you are not looking for it. I did not notice the zinc plating in any bottles or glasses. The zinc plating would weigh more than corrded particles, and was mainly in the bottom of the urn. I lost most of that water once the spigot was removed, but the pictures here show more particles in the water. The little specks in the water in the picture should not be there. I would give zero stars if I could, for this company failing to deliver a product that had failed the original intention.*Update*I was contacted by customer service shortly after this review. They expressed their sincere apologies for the experience I had with their product. They had offered to ship out a new stainless steel nut for the spigot, and new filters. I had already returned the urn, but they wanted to ship me a new one with the stainless steel nut. I have had the urn for four weeks now, and as promised, no issues with this nut. IceJoy's customer service is A+. Of course, it still sucked going through this, but huge piece of mind knowing the company truly cares about their product and is quick to make it right when there is an issue. Thank you again IceJoy. 5 stars for the customer service, and the great product.

The filtration is not accurate
I purchased this gravity filter in December hopping that my chlorine and fluoride will be eliminated 99% per say. We had samples taken and submitted to a government lab and after weeks of expectations , we just received the test results. So, the results are for Chlorine the MCL for chlorine is 250 mg/L.(mg/l=ppm). This sample does not exceed the limit, result is Satisfactory according to USEPA. The tap water that l have at home shows the MCL =4 ,which is considered max. contaminant level. So, this gravity system filtrates the chlorine only to satisfactory levels set by USEPA 4 mg/L or 4 parts per million(ppm).does not reduce chlorine to 99%. The test for fluoride from this gravity water filtration is Fluoride2.0 mg/L which again reads as Satisfactory. The tap water results from the city for Fluoride is MCL=4. Conclusion, whatever your tap water is detected with Chlorine and Fluoride will be reduced to Satisfactory levels. I did not tested for other contaminates because it takes a lots of money and time consuming. So, l hope you can read this post and compare your city water facts sheets with these results. Stay healthy. Not happy with the purchased.
