It does not work well what curly thick hair or coarse but have nice feel and good look but not what I expected

After only 20 days of using the machine the protective net on te machine was broken. So basically you can't use a machine anymore.

I've been a fan of electric shavers most of my adult life: blade shavers not only take me longer to use each day, but they require rinsing and cleanup that electric shavers do not.These days, I have a beard, and I have been using the clippers to clean the beard line and non-beard areas, but they just don't shave very close...so I thought I'd try this shaver.First off, it's fun to look at. It's covered with some sort of copper-bronze colored metal, embossed with an abstract pattern. Second, this thing *feels* like a quality unit. It's heavy in the hand, but nice and blocky and chunky in a way that (in combination with the raised pattern) makes it easy to grip and hold and not drop.What I like:- It (so far, out of the box) shaves just as close as any blade I've used.- It takes a USB-C charger and the cable is included in the box.- It has three speeds--actually, this probably isn't a huge advantage, since I'll pretty much always use the highest speed.- The stepped geometry of the two blades means I can choose to use just one for detailed work along the beard line, or use both to cover more area in a shorter amount of time.- Charges really quickly, even from a relatively underpowered computer USB port.What I don't like so much:- It's a dual foil, not a triple foil, so who knows how much better the shave might be?- Its fastest speed isn't as fast as some other shavers of this type that I've used.- A charger plug is not included in the kit.- The display shows speed in 65-70-75 RPM units, leading one to wonder: revolutions of exactly *what* per minute? It would have been simpler just to show a Low-Medium-High indicator or maybe just numbers without the "RPM".- Neither the product page nor the included instruction sheet mentions replacement cutters or foils, which will eventually be needed (unless this is meant to be discarded at that point, which would be a tragedy).On the whole, this is a great addition to my shaving tools and I'm glad to have it.
