After owning about seven different fitness trackers, this one is about average. The biggest problem with most of these low-end fitness trackers (under ~$35) is that they have pretty dim screens, smaller batteries, and a problem with nearly all of them regardless of price range is a proprietary app. If you plan to use this in an app like Road Bike Pro or really any app other what's listed in the manual, it's not going to work. If you don't like the app then that's what you're stuck with so be sure to get as much info as you can about the app before purchasing a fitness watch and download it beforehand if you can.This watch features all the tracking features that most others do as well and seems to track accurately enough. The layout and design definitely aren't as attractive as some other options out there, but the band style offers something a bit different. The band itself is comfortable and offers a good amount of adjustability without too big of steps. This one being IP67 water resistant makes it ideal for swimming which sets it above others in this price range that aren't as well rated, but I'd still avoid salt water and hot showers with anything that isn't completely waterproof.The app is decent, but after using five different apps the newest version of VerfyFit Pro 2.0 seems to be the best by a small margin in terms of stability and features, but this isn't compatible with that app.To conclude, if I had to pick this it would only be for its aesthetics and waterproofing. Maybe good as a throw-away for swimmers if the waterproofing fails since it's on the cheaper price spectrum. If you want a daily wear then consider something in the $35-45 range.

But actually I think I’m going to keep this instead and order her another one ❤️ Lol this watch is the most comfortable , easy to use watch! The instructions are easy to use and my favorite part is that the watch head connects to a usb power plug so you don’t have to remember to carry around a cord! That’s a big bonus!!! The watch isn’t bulky nor is it to small to see its perfect!! Thank you ALODUKI for making such a good product I’ll look for your brands for other products because the quality is flawless.

loses time, no batterylife after two weeks, only keeps last 4 blood pressure readings and that was the MAIN reason I bought it!! I would return but threw away box. I Would NOT recommend!!!

It's impossible to see the display in direct sunlight which is a bummer.
