Easy to use coffee maker
This coffee maker is very easy to use. My elderly Mother can just add the amount of water to her cup, pour it into the back top of the machine and push start. She is happy with her k-cup of evenly distributed coffee.

It works and more. I'm Happy!
So after I have thoroughly tested this product, I can say I am satisfied with the product I ordered. I found myself having to buy another after my Kuerig Coffee Maker could not properly dispense & heat water anymore. This one does the job great, and more. The feature I missed on the one I had before my last one died was the ability to brew coffee by coffee grounds, and this one does the job just as well although it's not as quick as the K-Cup option. Small cups of coffee & even tumblers as high as 6-7 inches can fit to be filled. Definitely worth the buck!

Absolutely Disgusting – Used, Damaged, and Unhygienic Condition
I am beyond furious with this product. This coffee maker arrived in a condition that can only be described as filthy, used, and severely damaged, completely unfit for any consumer use.Let me break this down:Exterior covered in filth: The outer casing was scratched, stained, and littered with old coffee grounds, clearly not cleaned or maintained.Internal components unhygienic: The coffee filter basket was stained and clogged with residue, and the water tank contained floating debris and black plastic shards—posing a potential health hazard.Broken and chipped pieces: The water reservoir had broken plastic parts inside. This suggests internal damage that may compromise performance and safety.Grinder full of buildup: The grinder had old grounds stuck inside, with visible oils and debris, indicating prolonged prior use and zero maintenance.Drip plate and surfaces scuffed and grimy: The plate beneath the carafe was scratched and caked in grime, pointing to extensive wear and lack of cleaning. This item appears to have been used heavily before being passed off as new. Such a condition is unacceptable for any kitchen appliance, especially one intended for daily food and beverage preparation. It is a health concern and a clear quality control failure. I cannot recommend this product in its current state.

Lasted two months until I descaled...then it just quit working for 2 days now works fine.
Was working perfectly for first couple of months. Then I decided to descale. Now it just doesn't work at all. The lights will flicker soon as you plug the unit into power but the two brew buttons (pod/ground) do nothing now.EDIT: Couple days later I decided to test it once more before throwing it out. Now it works fine again. The circuits must have gotten wet during descaling (was a wet process) and just needed to dry out.

Very good
I just got this coffee maker today. I didn't even read the instructions. I rinse it out in the shower, rinsed it out again and just plugged it in....It has a bottom set of buttons. Capsule and ground....you press the top button for capsule and water comes out that's when you have your K-pods in. Press the bottom button when you're using the include mesh holder, nice big and has quality. It is for your green tea leaves or ground roast or instant decaf with banana slices, you know that's so good. You would press the bottom button that says ground, If the water comes out you do not put your arm under there, it would burn your arm off. It'll burn your lips off, it'll burn your face off.If anyone tells you this thing is not hot enough they're crazy, they need to buy new wires and get a new house. It's clean and shiny. You can see how much water you put in there at the clear water tank, I don't think it's removable. It goes up to 14 ounces.A plastic holder to use on top of the plastic bottom cup holder, sturdy thing. if you got a 12 ounce cup you take out the silver metallic grate but can use a 8 ounce cup on top of this plastic thing....which looks like it's gonna double as some kind of a soup bowl or Chinese noodle container for when you want those pansit noodles. So anyways, I'm not inclined to read the instructions. I hooked it up to a light switch when I'm done I just turn off the light switch and led button lights are off.

It is so fast.
This machine is so FAST. Right after you press one of the brew buttons, it just started to dispense coffee. The other similar machine I just retired used to need a few minutes to heat up water.

Meh, it makes coffee
Very strange that an automatic coffee maker is not automatic, meaning you either have to stop it while it is brewing or put in the exact amount of water you want for your cup. It has little suction cups on the bottom which is probably good for a boat, but on my counter it is kind of annoying if it is in the way or I need to move it even a few inches. Also the suction cups come off quite easily, so I have to pull them off the counter and re-attach them. Overall it is fine, it heats up water and makes coffee for lazy people like me who need a k-cup, but not terribly convenient (water tank is not removable, nor are the measuring lines on both sides, so I have to look down into it to see how far to pour) but it is cheap enough and basically gets the job done.
