Furniture of America Francia 3-Piece Mission Style Table Set, Antique Oak Finish

Exactly what I wanted! Very solid tables (end tables and sofa table) and color was perfect match to other living room pieces. My only issue was the sofa table was broken but husband was able to use his skills and glue/drill the piece together. I was going to call to send back but since he was able to fix the piece of drawer that was broken, I didn't bother. Just a bit irritating that there was no damage control before sending out as this was clearly a piece that when packed, it was noticeable the piece was broken. I looked on several sites before purchasing and this was by far the best price - by at least a few hundred $s. A Great Deal!

It was delivered to my deck only - free delivery apparently means you have to bring it in the house by yourself (someone probably should have told me this BEFORE I bought it) - The crate weighed close to 200 pounds. Not an easy task for an older woman to manage easily-Then, once I got it in the house and uncrated (hours later) one side of the wooden end table was damaged, and didn't even have the screw nuts to bolt it together with. Amazon contacted the company on my behalf butt I had to arrange a replacement part myself. After a lengthy process between myself and the company, I am now waiting for the damaged piece to arrive so I can finally put it together (3 weeks later). I am not sure that I will make any further purchases from Amazon - It sounded like a really good deal and an easy way to make a purchase. In reality it turned out to be more aggravation and stress than I needed.

Solid wood construction nicely finished. On the negative side: the drawer rail for the coffee table is made of soft wood prone to sticking. The plastic guide that travels on the slide is flimsy and arrived broken. It's disappointing that the manufacturer installed a cheap drawer slide. A metal rail would have been better. The drawers in the end table units also slide wood-on-wood and tend to stick. The quality of this furniture deserves metal rails. Assembly instructions could be improved on. Otherwise, I was impressed with the furniture and would recommend it.

This product is a bargain for the price. The packaging was excellent, no damage of any kind to the product. The shipping was first rate, arrived about 5 days prior to confirmed date, during the holidays. Extremely easy to assemble for one person. Only 8 bolts per unit. That may turn out to be a downfall in the long run, will have to wait and see.Only one glitch that was easily overcome. One of the end table drawer guides was bent out of alignment. Attachment of the side panels and shelf straightened and stiffened the unit. Drawer slide in fine.I recommend this set to anyone.

Service was not what I expected as one of the three items was broken. I asked for a replacemen for just the TOP Part of the item (not the entire piece) as I would be able then to complete the assembly. When I emailed the company concerning this, they asked me to send them photos so they could determine what they would do. I told them I did not need this hassle and instead I had a handyman neighbor take care of the problem for a nominal amount which he has done. I most definitely will NEVER purchase anything from that company again!!

I actually love this set. It looks just like the pictures. Easy to assemble too. BUT there was a scratch on the top of one end table that was obviously from manufacturing, since the finish was over the scratch. We decided not to return the top since the other feedback made us think it could come back worse. It does show as a discolored line but we just ignore it.

These tables are much nicer than they look online. They are very sturdy and easy to assemble. I was trying to match my mission dining room furniture and they are a great match. Would definitely recommend.

Buyer beware...The set arrived just now. The package weighs over 80 lbs and the 1 UPS guy plopped it down on the front porch. Package was wet, torn and crushed in places. I was just walking out the door as he scanned the package and turned around and left. I was not given the opportunity to refuse the package...I should have.The coffee table top was damaged in manufacturing as evident by the re-glued and reinforced brackets on the sides. 4 of the support brackets had been removed and repositioned...so that means the wood was damaged.The bottom face of the drawer opening was broken at some time and re-glued back together. They then put a piece of scrap wood behind the repair and shot a ton of staples into it to hold it together.Who sends an obviously repaired piece of furniture as new? Then they expect you to be ok with paying full price? Not hardly.A word to the wise...if you're going to purchase furniture, do what we're now going to do.Go look at it AND pick it up in person.

The price was good but a few days after assembly we noticed that the lower shelf of the coffee table was sagging in the middle. It could be fixed but for now we'll live with the defect. End tables are fine.
