Ocolor for Wileyfox Swift LCD Display + Touch Screen Digitizer Assembly Replacement and Repair with Tools(Black)

Ordered 2nd Nov, estimated delivery was 20-30th Nov, so pleasantly surprised when it arrived this morning. It took a while to remove the fragments of the old screen from the metal frame, and cut and replace the double sided tape (supplied) but new screen successfully installed, and working as well as the original - top marks for the delivery and product, no marks for my son for removing his phone from it's protective case and then dropping it onto concrete! I used a Youtube video for guidanc (Amazon won't let me paste a link, but look for VurmGYY78t8) however this is only the screen and digitizer, the guy in that video had a replacement screen which also included the (pre-attached) metal back plate.

Screen took a while to arrive but when it did it was packed safely and included a set of tools. Unfortunately the screen did not come with instructions. I eventually located a video showing, in poor detail, how to disassemble the phone. The next problem was that the screwdriver provided did not fit the screws that hold the case on. We took the phone to a repair shop but they weren't able to open the case either, so the screen (and phone) are useless...

Item received in good condition, tools provided are inadequate for replacing the screen, also it's important to note that you will receive a customs charge! In my case, that charge was £11.04, and there is no mention of this in the description, so buy carefully. It's also worth buying a better tool kit for this, the torx driver that comes with the screen is too small to use. The screen itself seems to be fine, though until I can actually take the handset apart, I won't know if it will work. Disappointed.

Rubbish. The worst yet from Ocolor. This time, I couldn't even get into the phone, as the kit they sent was a pentastar. Wileyfox are 6-pointed.This after waiting 3weeks for delivery and paying an added customs charge, marking package commercial use only.Thanks a lot£59 for manufacturer replacement now seems like a bargain...

Solid customer service and the display works. The end result is not as good as the original due to my skills of replacing the display but the display itself is fine.

Packaged very well and received in 10days!If you fully dismantle phone with all tools provided and remove broken screen by heating with hairdryer and take your time it's not too bad a repair !Totally satisfied with product and service recieved! Buy with confidence

Wiring wrong not compatible with the phone it says in the description. Screen very rarely works.

Said it was to fit swift two but was completely the wrong battery. Screw driver provided did not fulfil the purpose either.
