The media could not be loaded.  A company can never guarantee what will happen to a package in shipping, but what they can promise is that they’ll do everything in their power to make sure you have the best experience and the best product.It’s so rare that a company makes this much effort, but before I review the product itself, I wanted to note that LifePro IS one of those rare and trustworthy companies!We were so excited to receive our vibration plate, as I’d tried the one my lymphatic massage therapist has, and it gave me SO MUCH pain relief. When ours arrived, there was an electrical issue (and there was a preform note in the box that said shipping can be sketchy, so they were aware that this happens.)The company was easy to contact (if they say they’ll get back to you via text or email, they WILL- I promise), and did everything they could to make sure the replacement process was simple. In the end, we received a life-changing Rumblex 4D Pro, and have been marveling at the results. My husband has had better workout recovery, and I’ve noted 2 centimeter decrease on my lymphedema / lipoedema ridden legs in a matter of two weeks!Not to mention- my night time pain is GONE. First time in over 10 years without medication that I’ve had PAIN FREE nights without lymphatic massage!!I have more motivation to care for my body, and not to sound like a complete sap, but it is in part due to how attentive the customer service experience was- anyone who has struggled with chronic pain knows that it doesn’t take much to trigger a mental spiral- feeling cared for through the process has been an unexpected bonus.It was a big investment for our family, and I’m so glad we chose Life Pro!*video is silly but fyi, if you’ve ever wanted amplified faux vibrato, this is your chance hahahah- Product was already assembled- just make sure you plus the cord in properly.- all speed settings work very well- the size is large, but definitely great for most body types- not super portable, but it has wheels which help!

These vibration plates started showing up in my feeds a few months ago. Nice new fad. And the jokes, well, on products like this, they just write themselves.Fast forward to a few weeks ago. In your 40s and beyond, sometimes pain shows up without a good reason. I don't know what I did to my knee, but let's just say I had moments where I couldn't really lift my foot off the floor. Walking like an old man. Rethinking the downstairs laundry. And my pain didn't budge.I ordered this unit because it appeared to be sturdy, had a reasonable set of features and it did not cost as much as some other brands. And I can still return if it does not work out.Setup was easy. Plug in + get the remote working takes about 60 seconds. Less if you don't read instructions. Works best on hard floor. I have it in the basement.The first time was a little weird. You see the platform moving and wonder if you're going to fall or hurt yourself. Just get on it. Turn it up to 10 or so before you do.After about 2 minutes I felt my muscles start to loosen up, especially in the bottom half. And when I stepped off the unit, my knee felt a lot better. I could lift my foot off the floor and make it back upstairs without pain.It doesn't last forever. I had a good 4 hours of relief and then I went to sleep. Next day, I had pain but not as much. A few minutes every day for week, and I am pain-free. It's helping sore muscles recover faster too. And my finicky wife has started using it for her muscle recovery too. If you knew her, you would know it took miracle for to even try the thing, but she's a fan now too.Good luck. Hope it helps.

I was so surprised how quiet this plate is compared to the power. It is a tad heavy, but for me, that means sturdy! The wrist control males use super simple and I already have experienced benefits. Favorite time to use is after a long work day....realign the spine, help stretch, supports lymph fluid flow, lowers cortisol and just all round helps with relaxation. And....I haven't even started working our on it yet! Can absolutely be used on any flooring, but for highest intensity levels, recommend slab flooring to prevent ambient vibrations.

The unit is simple to use, strong, and stable. Just started using and I can feel my muscles are toning and I have more flexibility.

This is a great vibration plate. You have lots of choices for pre programmed or customised vibration settings and speeds. It really seems to have helped my leg discomfort with only using it a few minutes each day. I love that is is a lower profile and I can step on and off of it easily. I also appreciate that Life Pro sends tips, tricks and videos on how to use, different uses etc. when you register your email with them. I have noticed that I have gained balance since beginning to use this which is a big plus, and my legs and arms are getting stronger and I have more energy. I highly recommend it to anyone who may struggle with walking, standing or any form of regular exercise due to mobility issues. I also love the fact that it comes with resistance bands and a small workout mat...really adding versatility to my workout.

The product is amazing. However, the exercise matt is missing and not included in the delivery.

I had the Waver mini plate before, but being able to use all three movement directions at once with the Rumblex plus 4D is even better. Also like that the set programme is only 10 minutes which makes it even easier to squeeze in a session before doing activities, and then again in the evening to loosen up the muscles and make it easier to get to sleep.I thought it would take up more space and be too heavy for me to move, but once I manage to bend over far enough to grab hold of the side and pull the suckers loose from the laminate floor it is very easy to roll away under the coffee table, and easy to roll it out again to use the next time. Those little wheels on one side are a good addition. Perhaps a handle on the other side so that those of us who are a bit doddery and have difficulty bending can grab it more easily would be something to think about when designing the next version?When I started using the waver mini in June this year I couldn't stand upright for more than a couple of minutes, while leaning heavily on two sticks, so I had to do the first few sessions sitting down with my feet resting on the board. Then I managed to stand on it for a few minutes, holding both sticks. After a few weeks I was able to stand on it for the full 15 minutes, and gradually managed to let go of the sticks and balance with a chair back in front of me to grab in emergencies. Now I've reached a point where I can "walk" in place on the board, and do stretches and some other exercises. If I have a day when I don't get a chance to use the board I am longing for it and will use it more the next day because it feels so good. I've even found myself walking indoors without a stick, which I haven't been able to do for several years.

The good news: Rumblex product works great. Easy to use and I can definitely feel the effects of a workout adding this as part of my routine. The product arrived missing the wristband, but a quick message to Lifepro and they couriered it out to me immediately. Excellent product and excellent customer service.The bad news: Amazon absolutely sucks when it comes to customer service when they've dropped the ball as opposed to a supplier problem. The initial product order was damaged in transit by Amazon and never reached me. Instead of shipping a replacement they insisted they had to refund my money and I had to order a new one. Problem was, the replacement was at a higher price (I order the original on Black Friday). They said they would refund the difference in price only after the new one was delivered. Well, after spending an hour conversing and getting bounced around to 6 different agents on their chat function and supplying and resupplying the transaction details, the chat went silent as the last agent was "looking into it". After no response for 15 minutes, I said "Hello, Hello, is there anyone there". Finally got a response "Sorry we can't help you". I said that was unacceptable. They finally offered to have someone call me. After about an hour I got a phone call. They told me a refund would be issued in 3-4 business days. Well, it's been about 4 weeks and no refund. Sorry, but Amazon sucks. They're pretty quick to grind their small business suppliers when there's a customer service issue, but they're atrocious when it comes to fixing their own mistakes.
