Perfect royal icing for our gingerbread house
I'd normally use egg whites bit thought I'd give powdered egg whites a go this time.I needed more water than stated on the packet but honestly, add it a little at a time and you can't really go wrong. I also prefer to measure out my icing sugar and then mix the egg white powder before adding water.You get 4 sachets per pack. It's more expensive to buy on Amazon than in the supermarket but much more convenient to buy here.Consistency wasn't any different than using egg whites. No weird colours, tastes or odours. All in all, will buy againGingerbread house and two dozen gingerbread people- used 2 sachets and 700g of icing sugar.

Purchase arrive OK, but on opening today, my wife checked the Sale By Date. and found it to be 01/21 so the purchase was out of its Sale by Date, and she was unable to use it!!!!
