Knee scooter
It is very sturdy. Brakes walk great. Dislike that one back wheel doesnt touch the ground unless sat on, so it never will brake when unattended on that wheel..see photo. Its easy to use.Comfortable cushion. Nice color. Lightwieght!Arm folds down easy storage

Way better than crutches and easy to put together
Assembling the assembly was a breeze. It’s got a solid build quality and it folds down to fit snugly in your backseat. It’s a great value for the price, considering it’s better than renting one. The comfort is decent, but I did upgrade it with a memory foam cushion designed specifically for knee scooters that I also bought from Amazon.

UPDATE: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE... Very pleased with construction for the cost. Mobility Freedom.
03-10-21:UPDATE: This is the worst customer service.Have emailed trying to PURCHASE a replacement set of wheels as I wanted to have an extra set on hand.First... they say they are a USA (California) based company, which is one reason why I purchased from them. However, the response email came through with Chinese writing...Second, they asked for verification of my purchase, which I sent, and then again asked me what was defective. No where in the first email did I complain of a defect, I just stated that I wanted a second set of wheels to have available, and that I was looking to purchase them, not asking to be given them. Finally after several times trying to explain the situation (perhaps the fact that someone in China was answering me we were loosing the explanation in translation...) I've been notified that it is not possible to purchase replacement parts. ??? They will only replace if defective. So if you end up having this scooter for a long period of time and want to replace any of the parts - wheels, seat, basket - because they get worn ... apparently that is not available. Kind of makes it a one time use item. Not happy at all.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Was not difficult to put together - minimal assembly.Game changer for being nonweight bearing after foot surgery! Much easier than a typical walker that I was really struggling with doing a one footed hop.I read some complaints that it couldn’t maneuver tight corners. I am using it in a fairly small living room/kitchen area and have found it very easy to steer around tight corners. And it’s not super cumbersome so if you have to scootch it along to reposition with your good leg it’s possible. If you understand anything about backing a vehicle up and turning the wheel opposite of where you’re going it’s easy enough to maneuver backwards and make a turn. The wheels glide quite smoothly.I do not find the knee pad as uncomfortable as some say. It squishes down with weight, but so far has returned to full original size and shape when off it. However I’m only 6days post surgery and have not used it for prolonged periods of time.Dual hand brakes - but regardless of which one you squeeze it puts the brakes onto both back wheels. I wouldn’t head off on steep roads or sidewalks, but believe it would perform adequately on a slight short downhill.Deep soft sided basket that holds quite a bit. I wouldn’t put anything in it that sloshes around however since it is soft sided and on a moving scooter. The only down side I can anticipate is that currently I am using it on wood flooring and it is very smooth rolling. I am fearful that once I am able to venture outside I will not want to bring it back in on my flooring. The wheels - which are hard plastic with a narrow rubber grooved tread in the plastic - will probably become pitted by stones and sidewalk/road debris perhaps making it possible to retain that debris and mar flooring inside. We shall see. I’ll be sure to take the time when I bring it into the house to wipe the wheels with a damp cloth. Hopefully that will help.I haven’t been outside with it yet, so I haven’t attempted getting it in/out of vehicle so I’m not sure how easy it will be to travel with it if I’m alone... I assume once I’m in a cast that allows weight bearing it will be easy to lift into back of vehicle. (It’s my L foot so driving will be possible). My husband who is a mechanical engineer - and a big critic of construction of products said he was quite impressed with the quality of construction. Feels it’s very well made for the money.I was happier than a kid at Christmas getting a shiny new bike. It will definitely afford more freedom to do things for myself than a walker would. Two thumbs up.

Best help after ankle surgery
I broke my ankle and had surgery and this knee scooter was a great help moving around everywhere. Excellent for going out and moving around. Inside the house was a great help too but if you have small spaces it’s a little more difficult to move around. I love it!

Value and well constructed
Instructions were clear and you can put it together in just a few minutes. Very functional and works well. The brakes lock if you dont want it to roll as your are setting your knee on it or doing some task and you want it to stay still. Adjustable handlebar and Knee pad height. I think it was worth the money and definitely beats crutches!

Honest review of ELENKER Steerable Knee Walker Deluxe Medical Scooter
I was really excited to try this knee walker, as I was recovering from a foot injury and needed a way to get around without using crutches. However, I was disappointed with the performance of the walker on uneven surfaces. It was also quite noisy, and after a few weeks, I had to tighten the bolt that connects the steering mechanism to the frame most every day (as shown in the photo). I should also add that I'm well under the stated weight limit for this scooter. If you are looking for a lightweight, portable, and comfortable knee walker for indoor use on flat, uncarpeted areas, then this is a good option. However, if you need a walker that can handle uneven surfaces, plan to spend a bit more for an all-terrain model.Pros:• Lightweight and portable• Easy to assemble• Comfortable to use• Good for indoor use on flat surfacesCons:• Not very maneuverable on uneven surfaces• Can be noisy• Needs to be tightened frequently• Weight capacity (up to 300 lbs.) seems to be overstated

Worked great for me for several weeks. So! Much! Better! than trying to safely use crutches.
I broke my ankle while in Colorado and was completely non-weight bearing for 9 weeks. Crutches were not a good option so I ordered this scooter. I am so glad I did! The scooter is very easy to use and rolls very smoothly.I give it only 4 stars for maneuverability because when in uneven terrain, you have to have a good tight grip on the handle bars. Otherwise the front wheels can jerk and tip you to one side. Once I figured this out it worked perfectly. It is light weight so is easy to transport. And the basket is super handy (something you don't think about until you need it.)The one improvement that would be great would be if the handle folded down. Not a big deal when in use but for storage and stowage it would be helpful.

Terrible product!
This product is terrible! It looks cool but that’s where it ends. The knee cushion is rock hard and causing me severe pain and discomfort. It’s squeaks and rattles loudly and is equally unstable!I’m unsure if I can assemble a replacement after my surgery otherwise I’d have returned it already. It’s a safety disaster waiting to happen.
