a health supplement worth having i will however, in future purchase generic versions they are cheaper and after trying one this month i feel just as good!

When I found my local retail outlet was no longer carrying this product, I was so happy to find it available through Amazon.As a child I was not allowed to leave the house each morning until I had my daily spoonful. Containing Vitamin A & D, a good source for healthy hair, skin, and bones - I still take a spoonful a day :-)

This item came quickly and was described perfectly, also arrived well packaged BUT i will not be ordering again as this product tastes fowl, i only had a couple of spoonfuls hoping the taste would get better but no, it didn't, so product went in bin and i definitely will not be buying again

Usually buy this locally but get this online when I am unable to get out. I have found this to help with energy levels and can feel my body miss it when I run out.

Horrible taste but it’s healthy stuff !!

If you're at all squeamish about a spoonful of cod liver oil, take half a spoon of this after. Takes you right back to your childhood (if you're of a certain age that is).
