It is iron on interfacing if that is what pellon is .. it is a nice price for this much iron on interfacing

Q: Is the material cotton?

I used this to make a memor quilt. I need it to stabilize the tshirt material. It worked very well. It hold the shape without being think when putting my blocks together! Hope this helps.
