I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. It took 10 days for the nebulizer to be delivered, which is already unacceptable for a product of this importance. However, the real disappointment came when I received a defective product.The charging light stays on permanently, indicating that the battery is not charged, even though I inserted brand-new batteries. This makes the nebulizer completely non-functional and useless for its intended purpose.To make matters worse, there was no proper troubleshooting guide or quality check evident in the packaging. The long wait coupled with a faulty product has been a complete waste of my time and money.I expect better quality control from a seller on Amazon. I do not recommend this product to anyone, and I am now left dealing with the hassle of a return. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
