Used for detailing cars not full commercial carpets
I run a cleaning company and sometimes we go 5-10 floors up and the truck mount does not reach or we will run into issues with the hose. I was looking for a small carpet machine to help get the job done. Now this is smaller than your typical carpet extractor but I would not recommend this for carpets. Detailing cars maybe but they advertise this with a carpet wand that is actually not even a MYTEE wand!!! I used this for maybe 10 jobs total and it is showing signs of a beaten. The wand sprays out of the trigger casing ( Which is metal). The drain hose you hook on the back has a clip that hooks on machine and it broke after a few uses. It also is leaking out the pressure hose which I repaired then it started leaking somewhere else. So far I am not happy with this machine at all!!! I will say that when it worked it did a decent job. I would get a smaller wand maybe a 10 inch not the 12 and something else to use as a clip to hold the drain hose up. Also if this machine over fills it will back up into itself and can cause serious damage to machine. Just a lot of things are bad about this machine if you are going to use it in a commercial setting.
