Lifesaver (literally for the fish)
I’ve been using this Automatic Fish Feeder for a few weeks now, and it’s been such a great addition to my aquarium. If you’re like me and sometimes forget to feed the fish (or go away for the weekend), this little gadget is a lifesaver. It’s battery-operated with two AAA batteries, which were included in the box – a nice touch since you don’t have to hunt down batteries straight away.Setting it up was pretty easy. It comes with a timer feature, so I just set how often I wanted it to dispense food, and it’s been spot on every time. You can adjust how much food it releases too, which is perfect because I’ve got a small tank and don’t want to overfeed my fish. The moisture-proof design keeps the food from getting soggy or clumping together, which was a problem I had with other feeders in the past.I also like that it comes with a feeder ring. It helps keep the food in one place rather than floating all over the tank, making it easier for the fish to eat and keeping the water cleaner for longer. The feeder has a lid, which is great for preventing food spills, and it’s fairly compact, so it doesn’t take up too much space on the tank. It’s battery-operated, so there’s no need to worry about finding a plug or having wires trailing everywhere – very convenient if your tank isn’t near a socket.Overall, I’m really happy with the Papettly Automatic Fish Feeder. It’s reliable, easy to set up, and takes the stress out of remembering to feed the fish. If you’ve got an aquarium and want an affordable and hassle-free way to keep your fish fed, I’d definitly recommend this

Little awkward at the start but does its job
While this does its job pretty well and is surprisingly easy to set up one thing that feels a bit awkward at first is working out how much fish food one rotation will drop which will of course change depending on what you use, the existence of the manual feeding button is great for doing this testing outside of the tank (that said pellets are recommended).Once this has been worked out and instructions followed to set up the times you can in fact focus on other things or just make sure you don't forget it by sleeping too long or something though do note fish tanks tend to have other than feeding so I'd only recommend short trips. That aside it can go a decent while assuming you aren't using it for a large tank so that's not an issue, refilling it once empty is also pretty easy as the drum can be pulled off from the rest of the device so it can stay clamped to the tank. Seems pretty recommendable if you aren't available to feed them manually at the times that would be best or just to make it easier.

Consistent battery operated fish feeder.
Review of Papettly Automatic Fish Feeder for Aquarium -Battery Operated Food Dispenser. An easy to use and fit Aquarium fish food dispenser that works, operating from two supplied AAA batteries the feeder will dispense food once or numerous times per day.Clamp the feeder to the side of the aquarium, remove front drum and fill with food through the larger top loading sliding door, set the timer refit the drum and it will feed the fish, simplicity itself. There is a little more to the setup but not a lot and the included instructions are quite easy to follow, basically the drum will rotate according to the number of times a day you wish to feed the fish, as the loading door approaches the downward facing side a hinged trap door swings open to release the food of which the amount can be regulated by a smaller sliding hatch. The battery operated clock and timer regulate feeding times and revolutions of drum to that selected, this a good item that actually works and has done for a couple of weeks without problem, in fact the biggest problem is remembering to refill the feeder as the auto feeder does get forgotten as the daily feeding routine is no longer used. This a nice item that does seem to keep time and feeding cycles, easy to fill with the removable food drum so the feeder does not need to be switched off or reset, just fill and replace, works well with pellet food, flakes not tested but provided the drum kept dry I can see no problems with all types of food being dispensed.

Need some effort to set up
I have been using a feeding device for my aquarium, and I think it is very convenient for busy people as well as for traveling. For this product, the instructions are not very detailed, and we have to figure out how the food is delivered. There is actually an opening under the flip where you have to adjust to let the food come out. The compartment where you will store the food is very difficult to open. The material of the product is only fair, not the best quality. And there is no instruction about the feeding ring; I can only read it in the product listing. While you can adjust the timing, this device does not have a clock. You can only set the timer to release food for every 8 hours or so.It will take you some effort to set it up, but it does come in very handy. You may need to trial and error to find the best opening to set the right amount of food to drop out. Try it out before setting it on the tank to make sure it operates correctly.
