Normally, I like to buy Barcoloungers, but I could not find the one I wanted in stock and my old recliner was broken. I decided to take a chance with this recliner as it looked comfortable and had many of the same features. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.Assembly: it was a bit more than just sliding the back in. The instructions are clear, but you also need to add the arm bolsters and the side bolsters. Hooking up the electronics is straightforward and everything worked. I guess it took me about 20 minutes , no tools required.Comfort: has great lumbar support and I sit up straighter in it than my old chair. I don't slouch in this chair, which is a plus for me.Quality: seems pretty well built. The motors are quiet, quality bushings in the mechanism, the paint job was really good, and you can access the support foam via a zipper on the leg rest and other places. I tend to see these features in better built recliners.The lumbar heat and vibration works very well. In fact, you can turn on the heat without having to turn on the vibration. I appreciate that. Some of the other massage settings probably are not of much use. I suppose it depends where you need it. The remote control is easy to use and I like the controls for the mechanism, which smartly includes a USB standard port and a USB-C port, both of which worked. The "Part" button is not a pause button. Instead it allows select one of the four vibrators in the chair instead of the programs, which all rotate through all of them doing various types of vibrations. I like this because I can select just the lumbar vibration plus the heat (which is also the quietest mode). First chair I've owned that can do this.The only drawback so far would be the size for a bigger person. My buddy is 6 foot 3 and he said it was too small. I'm 5' 7", fairly stout, and I find it very comfortable. I can't see anyone more than about 5' 9" being comfortable in this chair We will see how it holds up.

I am a small woman, under 5ft tall, & I put the chair together myself. No issues, very easy & easy to hook everything up. I did get instructions but didn't need them. It is 33in wide & not 30in as stated in the description. It's a more firm sitting chair. The massagers work good. Heat in lumbar works. The only thing I didn't like and don't let this talk you out of choosing this chair, this is my reason, is I was hoping 1 button controlled the foot rest part to come up & the other button controlled the back to recline but it doesn't. The foot comes all the way up first, and then the back will start to recline back. But that's fine. Rocks smooth. Swivels good. Easy to assemble & hook all the wiring up. I would recommend.

It is not a bad little chair. It is definitely smaller and not as fluffy as I would like but it is comfortable. I bought it to sleep in after surgery not sure it would be comfortable enough to sleep in. So I slept in bed instead. It is difficult to get out of with the swivel and it is low so if you want it for easy to get up out of not a chair for you. It was delivered with all the pieces and cords were there. Had the instructions but didn’t need them. I was able to put it together in about 30 minutes. And it not as wide as I would have liked

This chair had such potential. It is a good size, firmness, color and one of the few out there that has power and swivels with cup holders. BUT... the motor died the 2nd day and they won't refund or replace. They offered to send a motor as if the actual solution is that I should figure out how replace my own motor on day 2. No thanks - I expect a company to stand behind their product for at least the first few months. Don't waste your time or money on this recliner!

I received this power chair a week ago and put it together myself. It took me about a half hour to get together. It fits perfectly in my small living room. The color is close to my living room furniture. The power of the chair is working so far. It is also very comfortable to sit in. I would highly recommend getting the chair.

This was a pretty easy chair to put together but it wasn’t as soft and big as I thought it would be. Bought it for my husband and he likes it. He is about 5’9” and 160 lbs. if he was any bigger it would be way too small for him. I’m 5’1” and it’s perfect size for me , so something to think about when ordering.

This recliner is very comfortable and was very easy to assemble. But the best thing about it is the great quality of the Customer Service they offer. I would highly recommend working with this company and buying this chair to anyone who's seriously interested in buying something very decent for their hard-working money. Just as described and pictured. It was fairy easy to put together, place near an outlet as you need 2 both slots. Love the massage element as it has 5 different modes, a timer, and heat adjustments. Also reclines to lay out flat with 2 beverage holders. Also the color is beautiful. Can swivel too. Should hold up for medium to heavy weight person. Overall great chair for a great price. Hopefully will last for years as it seems to be built well. 🙏
