Good value powerful machine
Have only used on grass so far, first impressions, it's a powerful machine, starts well and cuts well.Only gripe is the shoulder strap, the machine is a lot of weight over one shoulder, much better with a twin shoulder harness.

Good value
Feels heavy and well made, the line cutter does get in the way when using the blades.

Defective straight out of the box
What can one say about a product that doesn't work? Straight out of the box it was defective. At first inspection, it looked pretty good and well made, not flimsy at all. When put together and starting the motor it seemed positive. However the there was a pretty obvious problem with the drive shaft, as it was not rotating the blade. No matter what adjustments (not that many to do to be fair) made, it just wouldn't work. I've also had a major headache getting a refund from the seller Abbey Access who refuse to take any responsibility. Do yourselves a favour and invest in a Makita from screwfix. I can't say if it's a shabby product or just this one wouldn't work, either way it's not good that it's defective straight out of the box.

Good Value, Great Customer Support.
The connector broke within 30 seconds of using this Brush Cutter! However, the Hyundai aftersales department just asked for a photo of the part then sent a new one immediately.I've used it now and it is very effective. The handlebars make it comfortable to use.

Great value, easy to assemble
Fantastic item: easy to put together - split shaft really convenient for transport, easy to adjust idle speed when setting up. Cheap compared to alternatives from Screwfix etc Recommended.

Great
Arrived on time, however, the big sturdy box that had enormous staples in it was open, the polystyrene was all broken, leading one to believe it had been ripped out of the box, fortunately all the bits were there. The product is excellent, meets expectations and wizzes through the long grasses, would recommend

Faulty on delivery - then rectified and now working - now not workig again
2nd update - tried to start engine from cold this spring, AND IT WILL NOT START - NO SPARK. I am going to have to spend money getting this repaired. all in all, has been a hassle to keep running. NO JOY!!!!BEWARE of this product.Updating this review now - from 1 start to 4 stars for the product. The device was delivered with a defective gearbox. The seller - Abbey Access - was very prompt in getting back to be and liaise with the distributor to get me the replacement gearbox. The replacement arrived later than promised, and as a result, I was unable to use this product for nearly 4 weeks after I first received it.All in all the process of busying this and getting it to work has been stressful. But once I got this working, it works like dream.I had to move the handlebars closer as I am only 5 ft tall, and this is clearly made for a taller person!. also, needed a heavyduty vest harness (£12.99) as it is a fairly heavy machine. But the performace cannot be faulted, and it does what is says on the tin. It is suitable for clearing heavily docked and weeded patches in our land, and I am hoping to make an easy job of it once the frost is past.
