Initially gave this product 4 stars after first week use. However dropping down to 1 and if I could I would give zero. Product only lasted 6 weeks of moderate use before breaking. Very disappointed!!

This product works perfectly but the cord it came with didn’t work very well. I had to put pressure on the outlet in order for it to work. So returning this because of the cord but overall worked great

The fan/air conditioner of my dreams. Perfect for office or bedside table. It's just the right size to fit anywhere without getting in the way. I love the fact that you can add water for a cool mist and aroma oil for a nice relaxing work place. This air conditioner keeps me cool throughout my 12 hour shift and with the added aroma therapy, a completely stress free day.

Well it does work but I was expecting to be little stronger but its still cute.

This does help at night when trying to sleep when it is very warm outside.Have it on my night stand so I can feel a cool breeze. It does not hold much water so I doNeed to add water and ice during the night, make sure you use ice to have a cooler breeze.

I was so excited to get this for my bedroom today to help with lowering the temperature since the central ac doesn't do as well on upper levels. I set the fan up and put water in the tank just to see that the refrigeration mode would not stay constant. I tried draining some water out and also putting more in and nothing worked. That was the main feature that pushed me towards buying this product, only to find out it does not work. The blue refrigeration light remains lit for at most 2 seconds and shuts off and the water indicator level lights up.

It's small. It cools but doesn't last long. A bit pricey for what it says it does. All in all, I'd keep looking.

I like the size and appearance. I would like it much better if it worked.
