I have several pairs of CK heels. They’re well-made and comfortable. These are beautiful, comfortable and fit well. However, the leather on these is very very soft unlike the leather on their Gayle heels. It’s wonderful, except it scuffs and scratches very easily and now the toe on one has a chunk of leather hanging off. I take very good care of my shoes and use leather cleaner and conditioner every time I wear my shoes. I also don’t recall touching the toe to anything at any point the day this happened, so I must’ve barely rubbed something. Just be careful if you’re ordering the black leather. If you’re look for an everyday workhorse, I recommend the CK Gayle. Just as comfortable, but the leather is sealed so it holds up.

Very elegant, HOWEVER the left shoe has a defect, and has rounder shape than the right shoe... I'm extremely disappointed
