I fell in love with it on the first sight. It is very comfortable, practical, and suitable for my daily needs. The outer pockets are great, the size is convenient, the direction of the zipper is right for me. The the bag has a bottom, so that it doesn't fall when you put it down.The only thing not to my liking is that buckle that sometimes slips up the handle. Wish it sit tighter.When my mom saw this bag, she asked me to get her one as well, which I did.

So happy with this bag !!! Can’t believe how comfortable and light it is to wear. And ALL the pockets are perfect. Like it was designed just for me and my needs. And I even love having the little monkey guy with me just hanging around. Thank you Kipling !!! You are now the company I will always get my handbags from. I might have already written another positive review. Was reviewing my Amazon orders and when I saw my bag pop up, I just had to write something about it !!!

I have always gotten Kipling Bags as they are the best but it was always the same style this time I tried the Syro Crossbody. I can get everything in it I love all the different compartments and zipper areas. It is so well made I love the way it looks. This is one of my favorites and I know I will have on my wish list for the Black one as I got the Blue. It was prefect. The quality is excellent. These bags are outstanding. I have been a fan for over 10 years. Use to buy at Macys they no longer carry them so glad Amazon had them.

It’s wonderfully made and the zippers are nice and smooth. Only complaint is that it’s smaller than it looks and there’s no inner key strap which is clearly shown in the product pictures.

I personally love Kipling Bags. Very well made the zippers flow nicely easy to wipe clean. this particular bag the Syro is my favorite! I love the pockets! The right size for phones, keys and other "Mom/grandma" stuff that I carry. I like so much that I have now purchased a couple in different colors for loved ones. Which is what this purchase was.

The material has changed. It's thinner, and cheaper. The crinkly material used in a diaper bag comes to mind. Wish I'd noticed before the return window closed but alas, I was caught up in election drama.

Have had a small Kipling backpack for travel for years and this is my first crossbody bag. Now retired, the lighter and smaller the better is my motto for purses. I have gifted my expensive Coach and Dooney and Burke bags (still love them, but my style now is very casual) to my granddaughter and her friends!
