Took about an hour. 68 year old lady bymyself. The hardest part was getting clips released on front of washer

Didn't last
These fixed my problem but very quickly broke. It's only a few months later and I'm having to order another set. Will choose a different brand next time.

These fit like a dream
Our Samsung washer was tilting every time it hit the spin cycle. I googled the cause and was led to get new suspension rods. I found these here and took a chance. We hired someone to install them and they seem to work. We haven't done a load yet, but, the installer said they will work. Apparently, from Samsung, these are 75$ each, meaning 250$! So, hopefully, these will last.
