Helps me with water retention
I really like this product. I usually gain about 5 lbs during my certain times of the month, usually feeling puffy, swollen and water retentive, with these I haven’t felt that at all this month. I just finished my first month supply and just ordered a second bottle .

Ingredients different than the never ending infomercial
I watched a never ending infomercial on this product. The woman there states that it contains four ingredients: mountain root (whatever that is), red ginseng, Camellia sinesis, and tryptophan. Then she tries to sell you four bottles for $200. But if you buy now you get discounts .Strangely, on their website, they state that the main ingredients are sodium beta Hydroxybutyrate, magnesium beta Hydroxybutyrate, and calcium beta Hydroxybutyrate. Apparently these can create ketosis, or fat burning. But you can’t see the label on the back so who knows.However, this listed product has none of those. The price IS considerably less. It has mostly things to clean out the bowels such as cascara sagrada, senna, Oatbran, fennel seed extract, prune juice, pumpkin seed, cayenne pepper, Buckthorn, etc. Very strange that the ingredients don’t all meet with the infomercial OR THE WEBSITE states.There seems to be many inconsistencies with this product.

What a joke
I've been using these diet pills for a full week. No loss of any kind. I'm very disappointed. All the reviews and bragging i am sad to say it don't work...
