Good minimalist wallet
I recently got my hands on this minimalist wallet, and I must say, I'm really impressed! Here are my thoughts:Pros:Sleek Design: The wallet looks very clean and modern. The soft finish on the metal feels nice in hand, and the color options are appealing.Functionality: The pop-out mechanism is a game-changer. It comfortably holds my 7 cards, keeping them organized and easily accessible.Extra Space: The front plate is perfect for storing a business card or an extra gift card without exposing it to wear and tear. It keeps everything looking tidy.Durability: Made from quality materials, it feels solid and can withstand daily use. I also appreciate that it doesn’t block signals from my Tile tracker.Cons:Cash Handling: I wish the rear band was horizontal instead of vertical. It makes accessing my cash a bit less fluid, as I have to slide it in from the side rather than dropping it in easily.Tight Fit for Larger Cards: The advertised capacity of 1-12 cards is a bit misleading; realistically, I find it best for around 7 cards, especially since thicker cards can make it challenging to fit more.Initial Odor: There was a noticeable plastic smell upon unboxing, but it faded after a day.Overall, this wallet has exceeded my expectations for organization and style. If you're looking for a sleek, minimalist option that keeps everything secure, I highly recommend it! I’m considering picking up another color or design from the same brand.

Good For Front Pocket
This wallet would work well for a person who carries only a few cards (4-8 max) in a front pocket or bag.As a person who carry's a wallet in my back pocket, this is not ideal. The aluminum casing has hard corners that wear on pocket and seat fabrics. Also, the main card holder holds 6 cards. The expansion part on the side works ok, but is not ideal for more than 1 or 2 additional cards. So, if you're a person who has several cards to carry (credit cards, ID's, membership cards, etc.) there isn't really enough room to carry everything together. There isn't a place dedicated for easy access to ID at all. For the occasional need to carry cash, the elastic loop on the back is, again, ok, but not great. Cash slips around. Lastly, the elastic that holds it together does not feel durable. I'm afraid it will wear out and fall apart soon.

Really like this wallet! looks very clean.
This wallet feels very nice in the hand. the soft finish on the metal is fine and the front and backplates with color are nicely finished as well.I won't really utilize the front plate for anything I have in my wallet regularly, but for an extra gift card or business card that I'll collect on a random day its nice to have that space with the band that I can hold it without the card itself being exposed and its hidden behind the plate. It just keeps things looking nice. One thing I wish was different was that I would have preferred the rear band to be horizontal life the front. I carry my little bit of cash folded in half with a tile tracker card in the middle. With the band horizontal I can press the cash down and out of the band with my thumb, take my cash, then slide it back in from the top. With the band vertcal making it that I have to slide it in from the side, it makes it a less fluid motion for me. I also think that a horizontal band with more distance above and below the band would hold it more securelym maybe. But not a deal breaker by any means. One thing I was concerned about was the if the plates would block the signal from my tile tracker, and I'm pleased to say it doesn't and the tile picks up fine from my phone. Not sure if that's the same tech as RFID, but it doesn't block my tile, but hopefully blocks RFID signals. This is a really nice wallet that keeps things organized and keeps my cards and license flat and protected, not getting warped like they do in leather wallets. I might get this in another color or find another design by this manufacturer.

The ember pattern is my favorite, nice design
Wallet works well, but the lever action can get stuck on occasion with any thinner cards on top. The wallet overall is very slim and cool looking, easy to pop out cards (usually) and I'm a fan of the "ember" style a lot, the reflective red bits give it a really interesting look reminiscent of hot coals. I also have a matching key ring / organizer. It basically works by lifting an arm on the inside with some grooves to catch the cards at different heights to spread them out, but occasionally the arm will move in a way that catches the card behind that arm and against the metal exterior shell. I think a small design tweak could fix that intermittent issue completely by just adding some padding or a slide/groove so that the arm would prevent any gaps against that internal wall. It's not super common but it does happen often enough to be a little annoying. The design is otherwise great though, the elastic on one side holds a large exterior plate down to keep an extra card or two, I use it for my ID. The back smaller buckle is good for cash bills or something quicker to access like a transit card.

Very slick and nice looking but is heavier than other ultra slim wallets I have
This is the best looking and solid feeling ultra slim wallet that I have reviewed. But it does come with some added extra weight although that doesn't make it much thicker than my other ultra slim wallets. The weight might come from the special aluminum that blocks RFID I suppose. You can't remove the money strap on one side. It would be nice if you could since I would normally put the money on the other side where the extra cards can go.The ejection mechanism works well and it is very difficult to shake the cards out although I could if I tried very hard.Overall, I really like it. I almost took off a star for the extra weight, especially when you're wearing light jogging pants or shorts. You can remove the plate that covers extra cards and also the little stylish buckle on the money holding strap. That will lighten it just a little bit. It's easy to tear a hole right through the strap with the buckle while you take it off or put it on. I already did that. You can also turn the plate that covers extra cards around 180 degrees so that your cards would come out the same side as the internal card holder.
