Excellent packagingExcellent quality- it looks exactly like the photograph close up; very classy.Spot on dimensions.I purchased the dark brown kinda distressed wood one and it is simply beautiful.I had to contact the manufacturer because somebody elses' order came in with ours by mistake. The customer service was surprisingly excellent. They sent us an updated and upgraded stamp for us to print and send to the rightful owner the same day. Very impressed.

Love the frame perfect for what I wanted it for. However it did arrive broken the glass was cracked. Contacted for replacement and answered very quick. I was sent replacement for free and it arrived perfectly and didn’t take long for replacement to arrive. It sits on the wall perfectly now. You get what you pay for

We bought this frame to put a picture of Japan - a landscape of cherry trees and the Mont Fuji in the background. The frame has a wooden style so it fit perfectly with the theme of the picture. It arrived in good condition and we just needed to remove two plastics that protected the clear glass/plastic panel.

It’s a lovely frame however on one corner of the frame at the back it’s cracked and damaged very disappointing for the money it cost. Had it not have been damaged I would have given 5 stars

A nice general, overall picture frame. Not large but I was aware of the dimensions. So easy enough to slot in a picture of our choice. Recommended..

Loved everything about this frame. Worked well with my poster. Had to trim the poster just a wee bit for the fit. Delivered on time, well packed.
