Essential reading and Re-reading for EM Trainees
I am buying this book as an ED registrar for the Fourth time as each copy has got lost/stolen. However its worth ever penny to keep me safe and precise in every day ED management. Each time I read it I pick up more tips. Anything not included in here or more difficult I would be seeking radiology advice over but this covers perfectly everything I need to know to function as an ED Reg. I mostly have dipped in but also read it from cover to cover pre- MCEM for which it was a very useful resource.

Fantastic
One of the best books iv ever bought I'm a trainee ANP and have used this daily in practice. It's simple but informative with great illustrations to explain common fractures and Xray signs

Perect for all
This book is a staple for most X-ray departments up and down the country.I decided to purchase my own copy when I went on to do radiographer reporting advanced practice and I'm so glad I did its easy to understand and well laid out I would be lost without it, its sits by my side everyday when I am reporting even people I work with who have been reporting for years still go back to this book every now and then for things they may have forgot.

Great book, always going to need it
I'm a radiography student and I bought this while on my 1st year placement. It is fantastic and every radiography student should have one and absorb it into their head. Worth every penny, just wish I had a photographic memory.

Student radiographer.
Book came in excellent condition with only previous library stamps and stickers, looked brand new even when catorgorised as used. Would definitely recommend for radiography students as a supporting read as it helps you as a radiographer interpret the images you take. Even thought it's for accident and emergency the information can be applied to different departments.

Great
This is an excellent book. I am a final year radiographer and using it for an image evaluation/reporting module and have found it really useful. It has lots of X-rays with an explanation of normal variants and the key things to look for. I imagine it would also be really useful for medics/nurses as explains the projections used as well.

Excellent book
Compulsory reading for anyone working in A+E. I went on an emergency x-ray interpretation course that was essentially based on this book and they kept referring to how good it is, which indeed it is. The standard pocket reference on the subject. Buy it.
