I wanted to try these with the large “Dubai bars” as I call them, that are an inch deep and coated with chocolate. I put one bar in the middle of one wrapper, and I could tell it would be way too big, so I cut it in half, and that was perfect, and I easily wrapped the bars. Cutting the wrappers in half gives me 200 wrappers instead of 100, and the price is a good value then. The color is a pretty, reflective gold color and the side that goes against the food is lined with thin paper. The wrapper is stiff enough to hide the texture of the food underneath, and malleable enough to fold easily. The very first wrapper in the pack was a little distressed, but the other 99 wrappers were perfectly fine, and I used the distressed one, anyway, because it was just for food at home.

These would be good for wrapping the homemade chocolate bars I intend to make.Unlike my expensive chocolate bars that have silver metal in the inside, the inside of these are white paper. I think they'll still work fine for my purposes. I like that they come with stickers to keep the wrapper closed.
