I ordered two of these, but I didn't get them to use for shoes. I got them to use on my closet shelf for better organization. And they worked like a charm. I'm very satisfied. They are sturdy and easy to assemble. I assembled one the regular way (with the middle shelf). I assembled the other one without the middle shelf, in order to have room for taller items. Worked out well. And looks much better than using plastic or metal stackable shelves. And due to their long length (31 inches), you don't many of them.

Works well for the price.
Definitely would recommend for small closet spaces. I am a shoe person, but have enough to need some organization. Relatively easy to put together. I wouldn't recommend stacking as the shelves are not sturdy.

I put it in my pantry.
