MiltonSterilising Fluid, 1L

I used to use this when my children were little (now in their 40's) and I've started making things like Jam, Pickles and stocks, I also purchase large 6L milk but then split it down into small 1pt jugs for freezing as it's cheaper, but to make sure the containers are super clean before use after washing them I use Milton before adding contents, it doesn't leave an aftertaste to anything.

Great to use in every part of your house 🏠 just be careful more so if you have young children 😀 xx

We use this in our meat factory, it is powerful enough to kill germs but delicate enough not to be harmful to humans. I prefer this over normal food grade disinfectants because it does not leave a strong chemical smell behind after using it

I used this for sterilising demi-johns for brewing.I was surprised how strongly the product smelled (of chlorine) so presumably it works very well.Given how little needs to ne used, I would say it's good value for money.

I bought this to sterilise fruit and veg during the pandemic. You need a lot of it. It worked well for everything other than salad leaves which it “cooked” and the swimming pool taste was unbearable even after rinsing. I would definitely buy it again but only for things with a skin.

Same stuff they use in maternity wards at hospitals and does the trick. The smell that reviewers complain about is the byproduct of the chemical reaction but harmless.

Milton has been around for a long time so you would expect it to do the job it is meant to.It does.I bought it for interdental brushes as it helps prevent gum problems - NB perfectly safe just not what most people buy it for.

This does what it's supposed to but then how do you know, i don't have any strips or swabs that tell me if it didn't do the job so I trust it did and that it's great. Was a bit leaky when it arrived, thank goodness it was wrapped in a plastic bag
