This pouch is very large and can fit loads of stuff to a point where i ran out of things to put in it lol! the only gripe i have is i wish it had a small handle to easy carry it

Good size and seems well made . I removed the internal draw string as this got in the way . I would have preferred the internal elastic retainers to be stitched to fit tools in a horizontal fashion , but this is a personal gripe . overall I would recommend.

I'll get it out the way - it's 4 stars instead of 5 because I'd like the interior fabric to be a fair bit thicker. If this is going to get thrown around a lot it might get torn quite easily, especially if you're using it for first aid and you've got anything pointy inside.BUT. Apart from that, this is an excellent bag. Molle is such a clever system for getting tooled up and this slots on securely; if you've not got anything with a Molle panel it can go on, you'd be able to use the D rings to hang it off the bottom of a backpack using carabiners or clip the Molle strips around a strap. Not as solid as the 'proper' mounting but certainly workable.The compartments are sectioned off nicely (although, as mentioned, the fabric could be stronger) with plenty of elastic loops on the sides. They both open up fully (double zips that go round three of the sides) and the main one has elastic you can use to prevent it opening fully if that's going to be preferable. (I'm not fussed.)The tactical patches are great if you're into that sort of thing (or NEED that sort of thing, looking at journalists in warzones). Not really for me, though; as a Welshman the union flag doesn't represent my nation, and I'm not Swiss either... I love that the photos in the listing call it a USA flag XDAll in all a really good bag, whether you're first aiding or just need an extension to another bag, and reasonably priced to boot.

An amazing bag to use as a first aid and emergency resource kit. The bag looks small when you open it from the shipping bag it comes in but once you open it up and start to load it out you'll realise how big and how much it can actually carry. The attachment points should hold well and as there are 4 on the back it helps spread the weight across all the loops on this bag and the vest or bag your attaching it to. The flag patch is removable if you want to remove it or re-position it however the traditional white cross on red backing "first aid" logo cant be removed as it is stitched to the bag and not attached by Velcro.

I ordered this to store my first aid kit for my camper. I often travel alone to places quite remote so I like to be prepared for possible accidents and illnesses for both me and my dog. This means the usual medications, sticking plasters and wound-cleaning solutions, but also more emergency treatments and equipment than I would need when civilisation is closer.This pack is just the job. It's about the size of a shoe box, with mutliple pockets and bands to retain bottles and bandages, disposable cool packs, eye bath and so on. It's strongly made in a synthetic canvas, with two fully-opening zippered compartments. The cross and flag patches on the pack are simple velcro-fastening patches and can be removed as you wish. There are a lot of velcro straps that mean you can attach other things (such as a bottle of saline solution) to the pack, or attach the pack to other things such as a tent pole, backpack frame or whatever you might need.Exactly what I needed and could quite literally be a life-saver if properly filled. Recommended!

Wanted a field emergency and first aid kit for when my husband is out in property of land that’s several hundred acres fishing, hunting, target shooting, clearing brush etc.Like: great price Perfect for our needs because of size that is bigger than the other hip packs but still compact and easy to strap/hook onto a backpack or carry solo with straps.Great quality fabric and zippers.Pockets perfect for keeping supplies organized.

Alot more spacious than it looks, I was able to fit my slightly smaller molle first aid bag and two other smaller pouches on each side inside the main compartment of this bag, and still had plenty of space on the other pocket for more storage. Fits perfectly under my passenger front seat as well for quick access. Came in handy at work! Material seems very sturdy, velcro is strong and after many tumbling and opening and closing and use it still looks like new. Bought a second one in black to store my basic survival kits including a 1L stainless camping cut with a lid. Wasn't sure it would fit but this pack is the perfect size for it and all my other smaller gear. Only thing that didn't fit was a hatchet and rolled blanket haha!

I love the depth of this bag. Sturdy exterior nylon fabric. The interior fabric is a thin, silky material that doesn't hold my tools very well. I worry about it tearing. Excellent for lighter uses such as personal edc, first aid, lighter bushcraft gear. The zippers are 2 way and seem durable. Good molle webbing and straps. Good deal for the money. Way deeper than other bags.

This bag is great as a front handle bar bike bag, can store a lot of gear. Can also be worn as a dump punch on the belt or off the shoulder with any strap. Attach it to any backpack width molle webbing. Well made should last a while.

Not a perfect solution for my intended use, but a good bag for the price. I will be adding some snap hooks to the back of the seat in order to use the 2 D rings at the top to mount the bag. This bag was designed to go on a pack or front vest carrier, not hard mounted to a jeep, but I did it anyway. It really should be mounted to a solid Molle panel and not the grid webbing on the back of the newer Jeep wrangler seats. You cant mount it to an over head panel since that would defeat the purpose of the opening shelf the front half of the bag provides. I plan on buying some more to use for tools and such Stoff and mount them to a Molle panel on the rear door.
