Best Portable Power Bank Ever!
I own several power bank units, and this one is definitely my favorite! I really like the digital display that shows the remaining battery level. In addition to the two built-in cables, both the USB-C and USB-A ports on the end can be used to charge devices, while the USB-C port can also charge the internal battery. There are also extra USB-A and USB-C ports. The unit has some heft to it, so it's kind of heavy, but that’s not a problem for me. The time it takes for the unit to recharge is reasonable, and it charges my phone faster than normal. I'm very pleased with this Portable Charger, and I'm sure you would be happy with it too.

Very capable battery pack that could be improved to work harder with Apple devices
With a 20K mAh internal battery this battery pack is a pretty hefty device in a small package. The pack measures 5 3/4" long, 2 3/4" wide and 1 1/8" thick. The built-in USB-C and Lightning cables are just shy of 6" long.In addition to the two built-in cables, both the USB-C and USB-A ports on the end can be used to charge devices while the USB-C port doubles as an input port for charging the internal battery.A small display shows the remaining battery capacity. When the pack is charging up, the rightmost digit blinks. When charging a device the display remains on. I expected it to turn off after a few seconds and then only come back on again if the side button is pressed or if there is a change in charging status. It does turn off soon after all devices are unplugged. A small power delivery (PD) indicator lights up when the pack discovers a PD compatible device. There is a small button on the side of the pack next to the display. A single press of this button starts charging and a double-press stops charging. The only worry about a battery pack like this one that has built-in cables is how useful the pack remains if the cables break. If only one of the cables breaks, an adapter can be used on the working cable to continue to charge both types of devices. If both cables break, both the USB-C and USB-A ports can still be used to prolong the usefulness of the pack.I used a USB test tool to measure power draw capacity to both my iPhone and iPad. The only Apple device that I have that still uses a Lightning cable is my AirPods Pro case that does not require much power to charge so I've not bothered to measure power output from the built-in Lightning cable. Surprisingly, the built-in USB-C cable can't deliver as much power as the USB-C port. When charging my iPhone Pro Max by itself I measure:-- 7.4W max power draw from the built-in USB-C cable. This is disappointing as the built-in USB-C cable is documented as being capable of delivering up to 22.5W but clearly not to an iPhone.-- 6.8W max power draw from the USB-A port using a USB-A to USB-C charge cable. This is also disappointing, was expecting more power to my phone from this port as well.-- 16.8W max power draw from USB-C port using a USB-C cable. The USB-C port is capable of sending out 20W so while it doesn't reach this limit I'm good with this output level. It's too bad the built-in USB-C cable can't meet this number with my phone. When charing an iPad by itself I measure:-- 7.15W max power draw from built-in USB-C cable. This is a lower draw than I can get with my phone and is similarly disappointing as my iPad can draw much more than this.-- 6.61W max power draw from the USB-A port using a USB-A to USB-C charge cable. This is similarly lower than I would like from this port.-- 19.9W max power draw from the USB-C port using a USB-C cable. This port is capable of delivering 20W and with my iPad I am able to reach this number. Nice!As soon as an additional device is plugged into the built-in USB-C cable, the USB-C port's output drops to 7.5W maximum output. As expected, power output drops across the board when more than one device is charging.Overall this is a pretty capable battery pack. In practice it can charge up to 4 devices though at a fairly low rate to each. While the built-in cables are convenient the USB-C cable in particular does not deliver a high charge rate to iPhones while using an external USB-C cable does. I don't like this discrepancy and would prefer it the other way around. To be fair, this charger may work better with Android devices in that respect. But that said I'm still quite happy with this battery pack's over capability and it would have merited a 5 star review had it been more capable through its built-in cables with Apple devices.
