Not a good as hoped for
The reviews seem to be for the model that has more than 2 solar panels, so I won't say they were not right. But I bought the 2 panel model. The blerb in the advertisment of it speaks of it charging a phone many times. Well my phone was charged only 2 times and I have a J3. So maybe that will give a better idea as to how much power it stores and how many charges to expect without charging the device up. As for solar charging the device? My 4 day weekend break saw rain. Lots of rain with only one day of clouds and intermittent sunshine. This was late August and in the hottest year we have had in a very long time with prolonged heat waves accross the UK. So when the sun was out, it was strong and very warm. I failed to get the unit to charge more than giving it the ability to charge itself. Meaning it didn't charge my phone while charging itself. In fact my phone lost its charge faster than if it wasn't plugged in to charge. When trying to charge the unit without a device plugged in, I had it out charging all day from 6am until the nightime drifted in and that gave it enough charge to charge my phone from its 3% it had already to 9% and then the phone rappidly lost its charge and shut down.I think next time ai shall abandon solar and just buy many power banks in the way that you buy replacement batteries for torches.The idea is good though and maybe the larger model is better than the 2 panel one, but to be useful each panel size would need to be at least the size of an A4 piece of papper and maybe have 4 panels. Then I think it woukd work great.

Fully charged
I'm not sure how much actual use the solar charging is, I wouldn't put too much faith in that.BUT, it did keep my tablet and phone topped up on a weekend camping trip.Reasonable balance of price and capacity.

Battery life doesn’t work
It broke very quickly for no reason the battery would say it was fully charged but I would go to use it half an hour later and it wouldn’t work and say it was out of charge

Charged my phone really fast but difficult to tell if and when the unit is charging so it was empty without me realising
