I love it!
I am enjoying the bike. I really like the bike assist option! I can get exercise and still get assist up the hills. I haven't gone mountain biking but I went through a grassy area with some bumps and it went well through that.Pros:- Good bike so far (I've only had it a few days).- Great price - it's an entry level price bike but seems really good. (I haven't had an electric bike before).- Happy with how long the battery lasts.- Like that the battery is removable with a lock.- I liked the finish and colour of the bike.Cons:- While the assembly is pretty easy, I wish they had better instructions for putting it together. We found a video online that helped, but even the included pictures were not very clear.- I wish the fenders were better. I rode through a puddle and got covered in mud.- Other reviewers are correct, the seat is not very comfortable. It's funny because it looks like it would be comfortable. But it works for now.- It was nice to have the bag included, but it's difficult to get it strapped on tight enough and it still moves when it is on the bike. This seller was good:- the delivery was on time,- dealt with an issue very quickly after contacting them.

Very good e bike for the price.
I've seen a lot of more expensive bikes than this one, but, this one has all the features I need such as throttle and peddle assist. They both work seemlessly together. The build quality is excellent with good quality parts.

Good bike for the money - cheap brakes
Have ridden about 120 km so far. Rides well - good power when needed. Fairly comfortable. Range likely closer to 50-60 km if you have less than ideal conditions (hills, wind, some stopping). Had trouble assembling front wheel. Wheel rubbed. had to loosen brakes a bit. On steeper downhills, could not stop bike (could slow down, but not fully stop). Had to bring bike in. Wire slips whenever tighten brakes. Calipers in front are no good - need to be replaced with higher end Shimanos. Going to do back as well. About $200. If that is only issue for a year or two, bike still worth the money. Finally 0 documentation provided is very sparse - should think of a proper manual.

I love my e-bike !!!!!!
I just reached 600km and no complaints so far. Had to replace seat but only because I needed a wider one. Very smooth ride and a charge that lasts all day. Depending on distance traveled you might even get 2 days out of a full charge.Back tire is wearing down a little fast it seems but as long as replacing it is not a pain, I don't really mind having to do that. Bike was super easy to assemble and was well packaged. It arrived pretty quick as well. When charging I recommend plugging in the bike first, then insert plug into electrical socket. When fully charged, unplug from wall, then the bike. Charger gets pretty hot so keep things away from it. Charge battery in a cool dry place.Overall I really love my e-bike and would buy again. Take care of it, keep it clean, check tire pressure and breaks every so often and it should last a long time. Also, charge battery once a month when not in use. Make sure to read manual. Thank you again for this amazing bike :)

Buyer Beware!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this bike at the beginning of July as I read so many good reviews on it. After putting it together and following all the instructions on how to charge etc…the battery would not charge. My wife had received one as a gift from another family member so and we switched her battery into it and it was fine and charged up with my included charger. So I knew the problem was the battery and contacted the manufacturer. They got back to me with instructions that I followed but still after trying for two days to charge it would not. I again contacted them and they got back to me to “Skype” them. I explained I was not comfortable going online with Skype or Facebook etc…they replied to “they understood me not being comfortable and to just please send them a video and once they received it they would send me a new battery”. After not hearing back from them I contacted today to find out where my battery was? I got back the RUDEST ALL CAPS email back telling me “WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE USING SKYPE ITS A MICROSOFT INC. COMPANY AND IF YOU WANT A BATTERY YOU HAVE TO SKYPE US!!!” I could not believe this email! I just spent $900 for their bike that is useless to me (never mind my wife bought the same bike before me) and they teat with this kind of after sale service! I’m disabled and was looking forward to finally being able to get out and about a little, and I have to deal with this?! BUYER BEWARE and hope you don’t have to rely on this company for anything!Update: September 6 and still this company has not resolved the battery problem! In fact now I get constant daily emails asking me over and over again to jump through hoops. And now they want my wife's personal information and her order number(?) ...yeah right I'm going to give out her information so they can harrass her as well! I have checked online and many people have had problems with the same battery issue and with this company so I say: BUYER BEWARE!!!
