This rice vinegar is perfect in making sushi rice and other recipes such as dressings. It gives the sushi rice that distinctive flavor and stickiness that you know and love from traditional sushi rolls. You only need to use a little for the sushi rice as it is smooth but the flavor is nice and strong. It is all natural and is made from simple ingredients so you know it will be good! It really has a great acidity that makes marinades impart a great flavor depending on what else is in the marinade. This rice vinegar arrive well package and sealed. It has a subtle smell and very strong flavor. It is nice in dressings, stir fry, sushi rice, and other authentic Asian dishes. It does make a very nice salad dressing though it is stronger than most other rice vinegars we have tried. I highly recommend this vinegar if you want to try something authentic.

This is a 500 ml plastic bottle of Chinese rice vinegar from Haday. It arrived in perfect condition and factory sealed. This is an all natural, traditionally brewed rice vinegar with only four ingredients (rice, water, salt, sugar). It is 5% acidity. It has a very pleasant tartness and a delicate flavor (for vinegar). This is definitely better quality than the grocery store brand I usually get. Recommended!

Great tasting rice vinegar with good ingredients. I was surprised it had sugar, because other rice vinegars I use do not contain sugar. The taste is great and taste fresh. The bottle arrived sealed. Currently priced at $14.
