I have taken the first bottle and have not noticed any effect. Like most supplements I try in search of some health improvement I have not experienced any noticible difference. No problems just no results.

The term "Keto" is used a lot in marketing, but actually achieving it is a difficult dietary undertaking. This product may support you in a Ketogenic diet. It contains caffeine from Green Tea extract. And a blend of other herbal ingredients. So, it may provide some stimulation and feeling of energy. I have tried it, (taking the recommended dose) and it does. The capsules are large-ish, but easily swallowed with water or other liquid.Suggested dose is two capsules per day, with water, before meals. The two bottles contain 60 capsules each, for a total of 120 capsules, or approx. a 60 day supply.

I got this to help with my Keto journey at the moment and I love it! It is very effective and helps boost my energy! Tasteless and easy to swallow. A must have!

The advertisement says that it works from first week but it doesn’t

I'm an advocate for the Keto type of lifestyle. It can be challenging at times but the results are good.However, as time goes on you do hit plateau's that make you feel stuck.I felt it would be helpful to add this to my program & monitor the change. The problem is there is no new change. That's a bit concerning & really disappointing, to say the least. I don't know what to make of that.I'll continue with it, but currently can't really recommend in good conscience. Will amend if it kicks in for me!!! But I'm good at reading my body & it's not having any active shifts, so to speak!
