The media could not be loaded. This is the best shackle I have ever see. Firstly, It is super easy to install. I just use five minutes to install two of them. Moreover, it’s easy to use. I don’t have to pay much effort to put my tow rope on it. Btw, the quality is definitely incredible!

Ambull crushed it with this shackle kit! These are the best shackles I’ve ever had on any of my off-road rigs—I’d give this kit more stars if possible!Ambull clearly has a team focused on creating products with a functional, total-package mindset. This is the first set of split shackles I’ve installed on my truck, and they are excellent. From a safety perspective, the rated working load capacity of 17,600 lbs and a breaking threshold of 44,000 lbs far exceed the combined 15,000 lb towing capacity of my 2003 GMC 2500HD.Living in a very rural area, we travel 7 miles daily across poorly maintained roads, many of which are miles of washboard conditions. Previous shackle kits of lesser quality rattled so much it sounded like a runaway church bell—but that’s NOT the case with these Ambull shackles! The kit includes silencers or anti-rattle washers that maintain good tension between the mount and the retaining nut. Speaking of retaining nuts, small hex-head set screws hold the tension and help prevent theft. Magnets are also installed, holding the two sides of the shackle together, preventing them from vibrating and clanging over rough roads.Functionally, attaching a recovery strap to the truck is now super quick. There’s no need to use a clevis or remove the shackle to secure the recovery strap loop. Simply open the shackle, insert the loop, close the shackle, and feel the magnets hold it closed—recovery can begin immediately!Bottom line: Excellent product—absolutely recommend these Ambull shackles! Great value and top-notch quality!

Wow, these are some really nice D ring shackles in my opinion! They were simple to install and are heavy duty, strong, and well made throughout. I really like the split design that makes it so much easier to insert a tow rope with a looped end, and I also like that rubber washers were included. I have no doubt that they can handle more capacity than I will personally ever need, and I am very pleased with them so far. With that being said, this product receives the top ranking from me!

These are so convenient, easy to use and well made. They look great installed and make a quick pull so much faster. Black color looks great. Not sure how battle proven these are but I’m looking forward to really putting them to the test this winter. Overall super impressed with these. No complaints to speak of!

I hope the product is not as cheap as the set screws and wrenches. I expected the hooks to be a little bit bigger. They do look nice, but they have a magnet that just sits on the hook instead of being attached in some way. Almost lost it not knowing it was not secured at all. These magnets help hold the hooks together. The first time a strap goes on I'm sure they will be lost in the mud.

Pros:1. This design allows you to add a shackle or hook to rope without removing pin from a D-Ring.2. Seems very well made.3. Appears heavy duty with good steel.4. Color looks great on a green jeep.5. Much easier and faster to connect rops.6. I like it so much I plan to get a set for my rear bumper also.Cons:1. None so far - curios how it will hold up over time.
