I actually like these for everyday use, especially if you’re not a huge meat eater and missing out on some of those great amino acids that come from the animal products. These are an easy to take capsule that don’t have a smell or taste. You get 500 in a very large bottle but at 2 a day, that is 250 day supply so this is quite a large supply for the price. The is one of the best prices I’ve seen for that many day supply. Overall great energy, helps with muscle recovery and preventing soreness and just feeling good overall.

This is an excellent value. 250 capsules for a 120 day supply of what I consider to be a must supplement for those that strength train. Amino Acids. I will be ordering this one again.

Works well for adding more BCAAs to your recovery routine. I like to take them with my morning supplement stack to start my day and have another dose of BCAA that’s already in my protein shake blend later in the day. They go down easy and have no taste really.

The 1000mg is a good dosage, I take BCAA's daily for working out to preserve muscle. It also just makes me geel good. This brand is solid and I plan on keeping on taking these. The best thing about these is the potency. I've taken many other brands where I had to take 4-5 pills for my daily dosage, but this is only 2 which is awesome.

With a neutral smell and a clear list of ingredients, and capsules that are not too large (refer to photos) makes them easier to take. I do appreciate greatly that they are also made in the USA. Further, there is a safety seal on the outside of the lid and under the lid is a tamper-proof seal.The large supply of 250 servings, totaling 500 capsules, provides more than 8 months of supplementation at the recommended dosage of two capsules per day. This makes it a convenient and very cost-effective option. The bottle is quite large but that has to be expected given it contains 500 capsules. I have been using BCAA for 10 years as a pre-workout supplement, and have tried countless brands. These are definitely some of the better BCAA I have used. They do not have a hard hitting effect like others, but they are a nice, longer lasting ride of energy to help go farther in your workout.

This formula has Branch chain amino acids which I feel are essential for those of us that work out or have a lifestyle that is demanding. I believe we burn up certain essential amino acids faster than a lot of people would as the body has a tendency to need these more often as a result of strenuous exercise and the like. I am not a healthcare practitioner North trying to recommend or cure anyone here these are just my own opinions but I do have a background using these supplements and I like this one. Easy to swallow and arrive quickly.
