Work very well
These fermentation lids work very well, allowing for a complete control of the process, including removing all air after large amounts of CO² stop being produced after the initial stages of fermentation. They can also be used for vacuum storing your perishables in a jar, but keep in mind that opening vacuum sealed jar may be difficult.

I like the quality, solid and I believe they will be long lasting. Easy to use, I also like date set feature, although there is no contrast and that makes it difficult to see. Overall great buy to get you started with healthy fermented foods.

Ferment with these lids.
The media could not be loaded. This does a splendid job. My first run consisted of sauerkraut, pink onions, and jalapeños in separate jars. I had no burping chores. I'm so spoiled.
