I got this based on the recommendation of my nutritionist. She said a lot of electrolytes mixes are full of sugars/assorted vitamins and don’t actually have enough of the sodium and potassium we need. This has it all! And the monk fruit sweetener has less aftertaste than stevia to me. It took a few doses to get accustomed to drinking a salty tasting drink, but now I’m hooked! I no longer need coffee to pick me up midday, this is more refreshing and I feel better energy. I love the watermelon and orange flavors! Strawberry was not my favorite but that’s probably a personal preference.

Overly sweetened and did not mix easily. Flavor was good aside from how sweet it was. We do like the product and will likely buy again.

This is hands down The Best hydration supplement I've ever used. First of all, I have a poor genetic disposition that causes dehydration, and I'm also an extremely active person, I mountain bike regularly and do construction. This is the Only supplement that can keep up with me. You name it, I've tried it.. all the the top name brands and they don't even come close BodyHealth. This supplement has allowed me to push harder and get stronger! It's been ages since I've exhausted my legs Before they would cramp. Plus this stuff is local for me and I want to support local folks.Look no further, this is the most effective supplement besides getting a hydration IV, which I haven't had to do in months!!!

this was recommended to me by a coworker and it is AWFUL with a terrible chemical sweetener taste and chalky powder that doesn't dissolve. quite possibly the worst thing I have ever purchased on Amazon with the exception of a product that I never received but could not get a refund for without a police report which the police would not generate as I have cameras and nothing was ever delivered!

I have tried many different electrolytes this is by far my favorite.

Love the ingredients. Did not love the taste. The strawberry tasted and smelled like tomatoes maybe? I mix this with a sugar free fruit juice to get it down. I thought maybe I would get used to it but unfortunately not. Because I do love what's in it I'm sorely tempted to try another flavor but at this price point it's not worth the risk. The powder doesn't dissolve easily but this is not a big deal to me and if it sits for a minute or two it will dissolve. Rework the flavor profile and maybe adjust the price a bit and I would be a loyal customer.

I was hooked on Gatorade until I went for my last checkup... This is my new electrolyte source. Does not dissolve easily and settles atop the liquid are my only gripes. So i dropped in a marble and made me a shaker. Good quality. Effective. Noticeable difference in energy at day 3. Excellent taste. Value is subjective, adjust the price and watch this fly off shelves! Go get you some!!!
