Love, love, love- I pile things on the stairs throughout the day- toys , books, clothes,- to be carried up later and these do the trick of holding and hiding , plus they add to my country decor- they are beautifully made- very sturdy- and the price is excellent! A longaberger of this size would have been close to $100 and not nearly as sweet- would give an At rating!

Just unboxed this and it’s beautiful! Very well crafted. There is a strong smell of the fish in the wood, but that should dissipate fine. It looks fabulous on the stairwell, too. Perfect small size that doesn’t overpower the stairs.

This little basket is beautiful in its construction and design. It is also a talking point on my stairs. I have used it a couple of times, but larger or bulkier items are hard to fit and so stuff gets carted upstairs while the basket sits on its step. So, in all a larger basket might be better but a larger profile might take up too much space. As a decorative item, I love it. Practically speaking perhaps not as useful as desired. But, I am keeping it!!

This is very handy for items needing to go upstairs. At end of night the basket goesUpstairs to empty the days contents. Very handy to avoid going up & down stairs for just little things.
