I wish these had've been around when I was a kid!
This is a REALLY fun toy. The problem is... everybody needs to have one, or you're not going to be very well liked by your playmates. The build quality is extremely poor. These are toys designed to played with by kids who are running & jumping & going crazy, but I'm confident that if I were to drop this on concrete from waist height, it would break. In this price range, I would expect MUCH better. If I'd been able to see and handle this before ordering it, I wouldn't have. Finally... I've been unable to find a way to acquire more ammunition for it. That pretty much puts an expiration date on the toy. They need to take this back to the R&D department. Cannot recommend.

Gel Blaster Toys JM-X2 for Ages 14 & Up and Adults,Full Auto Splatter-Blaster with Drum
The minute I got this in, I quickly opened the package and got it put together which was fairly easy. I then got the gel pellets out and soaked them in water for about 2.5 hours. I then loaded up the smallest magazine and put it in the gun and took it to the garage to test it out. It worked great. It sent out a gel pellet (?) every time it was supposed to, and from what I could tell, the accuracy is pretty good. Not perfect, but good. If I tipped the gun downward, there were 1 or 2 pellets that would leave the gun. I also noticed that when it finally ran out, or would stop shooting them out, there would be a couple pellets still in the magazine, which could be due to not drying them off a little before placing them into the magazine. All in all I am really liking this and intend to set up a target station in the garage for hubby and I to use, and will be getting lots of gel pellets and maybe another one of these so that we don't fight over whose turn it is to use this.
