This set contains EVERYTHING, and I do mean EVERYTHING you need. That includes glue with a couple of different tips, tweezers, beads for handles, paint, paintbrush, printables, fabric, sandpaper some absolutely adorable objects like a trumpet, bunny slippers and a teddy bear, and the wood pieces needed to build the box. There is so much, in fact, that I had trouble getting everything BACK in the box after initially unpacking it! The instructions are detailed and step by step, similar to Lego or IKEA instructions, only at a much smaller scale. It's probably at about a 24:1 scale-i think it will work well with my Calico Critters.I build dollhouses and make miniatures for fun, and this set is a bit intimidating because there's just so much there. I think it will be a lot of fun to build, but I wouldn't suggest buying this for a child or for an adult who wants a quick hobby. This build is going to take awhile.

This tiny building kit is detailed and cute and will take a good deal of patience to assemble. It's great as a model build, which is different than a block building kit. This requires painting the pieces and assembling almost every tiny detail. It also requires cutting out a bunch of items.Instructions are detailed and thorough.

This was such a fun kit to build! Its very detailed oriented and has many pieces so that it's super satisfying after you put it together. Its definitely not meant for a total beginner, as I had some difficulty but if you have experience I feel that it should be pretty straightforward to put together. The pieces stayed together quite well so decent price at 27.49!
