Known brand, easy to set up, quick start up
Impressive and quick, exactly like I wanted and needed. Set up was easy, just plug it in and let it do it's work. Decided to take it out of Safe mode, again, really easy. Too date, no issues at all. Great price and a well known brand.

Not amazing but perfectly capable laptop for general use
Got this end of January so had it about 6 weeks now. Paid £349 for the 16GB / 512SSD.Ideal for non-heavy usage, the screen is bigger than expected, and the model i got has a 250 IPS screen, so not bad at all. It runs fast enough for me. I think 16GB memory is the minimum spec you should get for a Win 11 laptop these days to ensure it runs adequately for the next 3-5 years - dont bother with 8GB unless you can upgrade it easily.- Updated from Windows 11S to full Windows 11 during initial setup, this is a one off install and took just a few minutes.- Battery seems to last 6-7 hours on normal usage. Like others have identified- the battery warranty indicated only had 4 months to run ( these must have been in the warehouse for a while) - but a simple warranty claim ticket raised to Lenovo has sorted this - so have the full 12 month battery warranty now.All good so far, looks like it will do the job happily for the next few years.

Tried 2 and both didnt work out of the box, old stock i think
first one came and trackpad would not work so real pain to tab through the windows setup, once in windows Lenovo advantage showed only 4 months warranty on battery and laptop warranty started 10 months before i purchased, sent back and got a replacement and guess what no trackpad again, returned for refund what a waste of time.

Good laptop spec for price
Great laptop - still lightweight & sleek design even though the screen is larger than my last one.Relatively easy to set up (and remove safe mode from windows) & fast response time. Very happy with my purchase for the price.

Laptop
I have always bought refurbished but thought I'd buy a new one. Not disappointed. Really Fast. Great for burning CD's.

Good value for money.
I'm not a heavy user and it works very well for my demands. Updating was a problem, using windows update it would only update to Windows 11 22H2. I had to remove S mode to download Windows Installation assistant to continue the update to Windows 11 24H2. Once that was done no problems. I don't know if removing S mode on first setting up would allow full updating without having to install assistant.

Good laptop but struggles to connect to the internet
It often disconnects to the Internet, even when it's in the same room as the router.Aside from that it's a decent laptop, not very powerful but for £400 it's worth it.
