The material feels like straight up plastic. Even sized all the way down they are still huge. The patch looks and feels like cardboard. I mean it's a gift, but I wouldn't say it's a good one. If anyone other than a small child gifted you this odds are you would feel insulted. My mother is currently making crochet ballcap holder, and she needed hats for display. I guess these are perfect for that since it wouldn't be much of a lose if they walked off. So I guess that's a pro in their favor

These mom and Dad hats are so cute. Plus they'd be smart to wear for if you're going to the zoo or a carnival and your child gets lost (knock on wood) then these hats should make you easier to find! They're good quality and fit great.

Would have been five-star if I also got Dad. But mine came with only mom. It's good quality and looks great and feels high quality. The cap was nice and the imprinted patch is good quality. Hats are well made and me and the kids love it but we were disappointed without Dad's hat. It doesn't feel complete with only one hat.
