Great little cake display. As stated in previous reviews stand comes in 3 parts and the screw is visible on the top but not an issue as most folks put a plate or cardboard charger under their cakes. Overall a great buy.

I've had one before. I like it. Kind of Retro looking. I was so astonished by the poor packing of the item. The box was way to big, and there was no padding what so ever to keep the item from breaking. It arrived fine which I was amazed.

This is such a nice product! I have an old house, and it just matches the style of my kitchen.It gives the "glamor" look of the glass/crystal cake stands.... but, it is light, and unbreakable. It is easy to transport this, and you do not need to worry about chips, or breakage.The glass cake stand tops can be so heavy , and difficult to lift. This cake stand is very easy for all to use.The price is very reasonable, and the quality is very good.I recommend this item most highly!

So first, the base actually ships in separate pieces, which is nice, so you can take it apart and store in pieces instead of as a cake stand. So that's a huge plus. I don't like that the center of the top dish has a screw top (how you put it together), so keep that in mind as you cut into your cake, or if you're using this as a display case for other items...its not a solid plate. Lastly, the reason for a 2, my cover came completely broken. The handles screw on to the top and it seems like someone tightened it too much and it cracked the plastic. I feel like no matter what you do it always has the potential to break and its not really something i want for the cover to my cakes.

This is a good looking, lightweight alternative to a glass domed cake stand. It's attractive, too. The dome is very tall. It's tall enough to easily hold a four layer cake. The base is a little larger than a large dinner plate.

I love these and I now have 4 of them. Not only are they good for cakes, pies & cupcakes I also set my bowls of chips in them at my parties. I have gotten so may complements on them & of course the " I want some so where did you find those?". I tell of course & as I said I love them. They are attractive, durable, so usefull & so versatile!

I bought this for a friend for her birthday and she loves it. I have one exactly like it and I love mine. It looks much more expensive than it is and was very easy to put together.

Gotta be honest, I was not expecting much. However, this is truly lovely. Once you put it together it rivals way more expensive sets and suits a wide range of decor styles. Best of all, it actually works.
