Good kit.
Didn't have time to mash, so set this off before a 2 week holiday. Kegged and cleared with gelatin. Came out really nice, a high quality kit. I thought Vienna lager style, but a bit stronger. Would make again and would recommend too.

Easy to brew and very strong
The media could not be loaded. This is the first Homebrew Lager kit I have done and I was not disappointed. OG was spot on with what was expected and fermentation seemed to happen quite quickly, although I left it in the FV for 3 weeks in total. The first week in the FV there was a very strong eggy aroma, which I later found out is common with lager yeasts. I left the hop teabags in for about 10 days before bottling. The beer was quite cloudy in the bottle despite me being very careful when siphoning, not to suck up the trub from the bottom. However after leaving it to condition for around 6 weeks, it pours cleanly if you are careful and leave about half an inch of beer in the bottle. Best drunk after being well chilled and the taste is amazing. I am definitely going to do this one again. Everyone who has tasted it says how good it is. Just be careful how many you drink in one go!!

My husband has bought this kit once before and was a success so bought another and it’s turned out great. Very strong and 1 pint is enough to put you over the limit. Highly recommend. Just be careful as leaves some sediment at bottom of bottles so keep bottles still and pour slowly to avoid sediment going into yr glass. A great drink 10/10 *****

Tasty Beer
The first beer that I attempted. Great flavour, but a bit strong. So have to be careful on how many consumed, easy to brew and good quality, 2nd bacth on the go now:)

Disgusting
Did everything I was meant to do kept ot all very sterile and it was nothing but a flat cloudy disgusting mess. Tasted a little bit like lager but with a horrible twang and it was not fizzy. Would not bother again!
