Love this Cinnamon. It tastes fantastic in everything I have ever used it in or on. It’s brilliant. Fist got it in Costco years ago, and now I can get it on Amazon. Cheers.I have been using this in everything. I haven’t used anything else for the last 20 years or so. The stuff you buy in the supermarket, and that’s any supermarket, High or low end, tastes like sawdust compared to this . Elevate your carrot cake, elevate your shortbread, elevate your cinnamon buns. You won’t be disappointed! It also lasts for ages, because you only need half of any recipe amount.

Love this cinnamon, I use a lot! This is perfect in my oats, yoghurt, baking, sprinkled on top of drinks etc etc ... Great stuff!

Not as strong flavour as some other brands so makes it suitable for putting on my porridge. Normally buy this from Costco at £2.79 a jar but with current lockdown avoid making unnecessary journeys. My bad I did not realise Costco does deliveries.

I heard about Saigon Cinnamon from Tim Ferris. It is apparently good for leveling out blood sugar levels, and I sprinkle it on everything from my porridge in the morning to my spiced turmeric latte and coffee later on. It has a really lovely sweet taste and a container lasts for a long time, so I have given others away to friends to enjoy.

I use it on my porridge in a morning, absolutely wonderful it has also helped me to give up sugar. Now there at other types of cinnamon out there but I dare you to try this one you are definitely in for a treat

Bien, mais 3 pots, ça fait presque 1kg. On paie pour de la qualité, certes, mais on paie surtout de la cannelle qu’on n’utilisera pas !

Saigon-Zimt wird hauptsächlich für seine aromatische Rinde verwendet, die einen ähnlichen Geschmack wie Cassia hat, jedoch ein ausgeprägteres und komplexeres Aroma aufweist. Geschmack. Saigon-Zimt hat einen Cumaringehalt von 6,97 gramm per Kilo, was relativ hoch ist im Vergleich zu anderen Zimtsorten. Selbst dieser hohe Gehalt ist jedoch bei normalem Verzehr nicht bedenklich. Vietnamesische Zimtrinde enthält 1 bis 7% ätherisches Öl. Dies ist an der Obergrenze deutlich mehr als bei anderen Zimtarten. In der Zusammensetzung ähnelt vietnamesisches Zimtöl chinesischem Zimt.

Ich habe mir diesen Zimt wegen seines hohen ätherischen Ölgehaltes ausgesucht. Geschmacklich liegt er zwischen einem sehr kräftigen Kassia und dem für meinen Geschmack zu zartem Ceylon Zimt.Also nicht zu heftig und nicht zu fad.Da ich Zimt liebe, ist die Menge von fast 1 kg für mich perfekt.Zimt hat sehr viele positive gesundheitliche Vorteile unter anderem positiv den Blutzuckerspiegel beeinflussend, Stimmungsaufhellend, blutdrucksenkend, Krampf lösend, Verdauungsfördernd, entzündungshemmend, Und auch kaum bekannt: als Fußbad gegen Fußpilz soll er helfen …

Süß, leichte Schärfe intensiver Zimtgeschmack, so würde ich ihn beschreiben. Ich nutze oft Zimt: zum Kochen, für Süßspeisen in den Kaffee.Dieser Zimt ist viel wohlschmeckender als der übliche Supermarkt Zimt. Wenn es ihn gibt, sollte man zuschlagen!

An economical three-pack. Long expiry dates. The cinnamon tastes great with milk and coffee. This is the best cinnamon I have discovered so far and I tried most cinnamon packs available on the market. I'm so glad Amazon.de has it back in its offer. The packaging is also comfy and aesthetic.
