Great product, reasonably priced

Fit my Kia optima. The instructions are only pictures, not too many words with it. Took me a bit to figure out what I had to do to use these on my arms, but I did not need to add anything, just flip the end up. My arms look like I got in the right lane and made a u turn, if that makes sense. a hook. I did not want to break any of the plastic on these, but I had to flip up a piece at the end and then it hooked on. Then snap it back over to secure it. Easy once you know what to do. Best yet is that it was cheap. They work great with no skips on the glass! Honestly, I ordered these blindly not knowing what my arm looked like at all, but just knowing I needed 18 and 24" blades. I figured that if they were incompatible, I could just return them. They worked out great though and I would buy them again when they are needed next.

Once installed the ops were streak free and quiet. The one star demotion was due to the instructions being so-so for the J-hook version, (but for me once you do it once the next time is easy. ) The issue is they refer to "the lid" (singular) when in fact there are two lids, and one of them is easily mistaken for one of the bagged accesory lids sending one down a rabbit hole. The larger of the two lids looks like its a large part of the unibody casting but that actually is removable. Tip: the smaller, front lid requires a squeeze to release a tang on eaach side. Prying on the interface edge with a pen knife simultaneously is helpful to release it. Resist the urged to increase squeeze pressue with a pair of pliers. as you could break the tangs. Go to pen knife instead.

To get a set of two wipers at this price point is a great value. Installed them was fairly simple, as I was able to do so without having to refer to any sort of instructions. It just so happened to be a heavy downpour the day after I installed these, so I was able to put these to the test almost immediately. The first thing I noticed was that these seemed to function as well as any other OEM or name brand wipers I have over used over the years. There was no discernable streaking and the noise produced by the wipers was minimal. Comparing the build quality on these with my last set of OEM wipers (which these replaced), I feel pretty confident in stating that these should last for about as long as any other wiper blades out there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these to anyone that is tired of paying the crazy prices OEM wipers are going for nowadays.

You get what you pay for. At worst I was hoping to get some wipers that worked ok for at least a few months. I didn't get that. Instead I got two wipers, one of which doesn't make contact on a 3 inch section of the windshield, so with every swipe, there's a 3 inch line of the windshield that doesn't get cleaned and of course it's right at eye level. I moved the defective wiper to the passenger side so at least the driver can see the road, but overall I don't think it's out of line to expect a new set of wipers to at least work correctly upon initial installation. These don't. At least the ones I received don't. As for installation, yes you can probably figure them out after a while of forgetting around with which parts to remove to install them but I would recommend that you watch the video on how to install instead of fumbling around with how to prepare the blade for installation. The fact that there needs to be a video on how to install them is telling. I know for most guys that's a ridiculous thought. It was for me until I got it out of the box and couldn't figure out how to pop the cap off or open the door to allow insertion on the wiper arm. Nonce I watched the video I felt stupid. The Video is short, quick and to the point. Follow the QR code on the terrible instruction sheet for your wiper arm type and you'll be glad you did. Good luck.
