This is an interesting product. It is like a small tens machine. The strap is comfortable but best worn quite tight to get the right effect whilst relaxing. For getting to sleep or getting back to sleep I use it on a setting of 4 or 5, it auto turns off after a while. For fun and games with the kids and wife, set it on 20 and zap them - it is really quite powerful! I don't use the excited mode which is basically the same as sleep but a faster rhythm.Battery life is good so far and I have only charged it once.

I am returning this product as it is not new, inner wrappings are obviously not original. I have not had time to review it function but it looks like a decent product. I like the digital display of level of power.

This is an excellent product and gives you a good feeling when using it. I have only used it once but so far so good so thank you.

This item is well packaged in a neat little box which is perfect for storage when not in use and comes complete with a charging cable. It does need a charge before 1st use but it charges quickly and the battery lasts for multiple uses. The screen on the device is easy to read and understand, with an LED display of mode, battery status and power output. An adjustable velcro strap secures the device comfortably to the palm and allows for easy operation with the same hand if you wish. There are 20 power settings on each mode so it's easy to find a setting that is both effective and comfortable.

It’s convenient, effective, and has made a big difference for me. I can confidently say it's been a game-changer for me.
