Lots of sorting and counting potential
This is a set of sixty beers of six colours with matching cups. The bears were smaller than I was expecting. If familiar with compare counting bears they are the smaller sized of the three. The bears match the cups perfectly and it is great for sorting the bears into the matching cups. Two pairs of tweezers are provided. I really like the tweezers and found they grasped the bears easily and were not too difficult to open and close for younger children. Using tweezers to pick up the bears is a great activity to strengthen fingers so that the children will be able to write and use a pencil later on. I also liked the see through storage tube to keep the cups in. The set came with two dice. One is a lovely colour one and matches the six colours of the bears. The other dice is confusing as there are no instructions with it. It has the numbers 3,6,9 and 12 on it and two thumbs up pictures. The numbers are too high for children learning to count . I intend to add number stickers 1-6 onto the dice so that the children can use it to pick up the number of bears that the dice indicates.
