I do not recommend this product to anyone
This product jams all the time, doesn't feed evenly, and has bad portion control. It makes a concerning noise and is not durable. Size and assembly ease are just okay. This is not a quality or durable product and is bad value for the money. Product support was terrible. I do not recommend this product.

Doesn’t work, stops entirely after a couple of weeks.
If I could give it a 0 I would. This has been nothing but trouble since I got it, it always disconnects, bought expensive batteries for it hoping that would help since the cord obviously wasn’t working right, and unit still shuts off, and won’t feed them. If you aren’t paying attention to the window, and if it’s working it probably isn’t feeding your pets properly. Distribution also isn’t even, and even though I have it set to a decent amount per cat throughout the day, it only drops a couple pieces PER TIME, so I’m glad I manually feed them still, or they would not be happy campers. I hoped it could be fixed but nope. Can’t return it apparently, or get help, so guess I’m stuck with an expensive cat bowl. Don’t suggest it, would research into another one for your fuzzy family members.

PetLibro Missed the Mark - Massive Disappointment - Don’t Recommend
Let me start by saying that we already have 2 PetLibro automated feeders for our two cats and they are fantastic. We wanted to switch to this one because for whatever reason we can’t get the timing to line up. One feeder is perpetually 2 minutes off from the other which causes confusion for the cat who didn’t get to feeder that just went off. I thought this feeder with it’s portion separation would be perfect, especially since one cat eats more than the other. It was a massive fail. For starters it never once issued out the same amount of food even when the portion numbers were the same. You never knew what amount of food you would get, dispensing the same quantity of portions and measuring what came out. Every measurement one was different. This left me concerned that the girls wouldn’t actually get the correct amount of food each day. Second was that no matter which way I set the food divider, it NEVER dispensed equal amounts of food into the bowls. One bowl would alway have less food, even when the divider was set in the position to divert equal amounts to each bowl. The difference was significant. One bowl would have just under an 1/8th of a cup while the other routinely received just over a 1/4 of a cup despite the divider being in the position for each bowl to receive equal amounts. Fail three was the set up of the food container itself. In the other dispensers, the food storage container is something that lifts off and the food stays within the container. On this one, the container isn’t a container. It’s actually a sleeve that sits on top of the hopper (that spins the food down and into the bowls). This means if you were to take the sleeve off, food spills out everywhere. There’s not way to clear a hopper jam without picking the unit up and tipping all the food out. I don’t know what they were thinking with that design! Fail four and the final fail which is a major flaw, is that the hopper is actually smaller than the other hoppers on their feeders. The well the food falls into is ridiculously small. Combine that with a spinning device (two wing shaped flanges that spin to push the food into the hopper) made of ridiculously soft rubber. In our current dispensers our hopper has bigger wells and a stronger spinner. This gives the option of bigger portions and bigger kibble sizes with a spinner that isn’t going to get stuck. I dumped all the food out of the new device to watch what was going on with the spinner and hopper rotating. The spinner consistently got hung up because it’s made of rubber and one arm is actually too big! It literally CAN’T spin. This was why portions were inconsistent despite continually dispensing the same portion size over and over. In the end, after a half hour of trying to figure out a way to make it work for us, I gave up and we returned the device. Super disappointed. Tons of potential but it just falls flat.

Well, It Dispenses Food
The unit dispenses food on a schedule. It has a decent sized hopper for food. Those really are the most important things--and it does those things well. But, you pay for other features. The video worked for a couple of weeks and has never worked again. I bought the feeder because I was headed out of town for a couple of weeks. I wanted to make sure one particular cat was eating. I worked for that trip. But, never again. That's one issue. Next issue--dispensing. Their idea of a two-bowl feeding system where gravity pulls the food across a plastic diver tossing the food into two different bowls. Absolutely USELESS. The right bow always gets only about a third of what's dispensed in the left bowl. It's just stupid and a very stupid design. Next issue--the mobile app. IT TOTALLY SUCKS!! OMG. The ads cannot be turned off. I DON'T WANT TO USE YOUR CLOUD SERVICES TO STORE VIDEOS!!! There should be a way to turn it off permanently. I OWN the feeder. Leave me alone. In addition, configuration and set up is a pain. Why do I have to tie feeding to how many pets I have? I know how much food they eat--that's how much I want to dispense across the feeding schedule. I don't need anything more complicated than that. I'll be looking for another unit--this one was a mistake, and had I had time to send it back and choose a different unit, I would have. The end of the year was crazy busy. Ignore the ratings and trust that this unit disappoints--you're going to be frustrated.

Nice features but too inaccurate to use
Unfortunately we are returning this product. We already have 2 PetLibro water fountains and the smaller 'Air' feeder. They have done their job the 5 months we've had them and our cats like them. The one drawback for the Air feeder is its size - with 2 cats I have to refill it ever 3-5 days. Otherwise it works well. Some reviews were concerned it didn't dispense accurately but I measured several times and it always provided an amount within about 10% of expected - close enough. So I ignored the reviews that said to be careful of this same problem with the Granary. I thought the larger capacity of the Granary meant I'd be able to go 1-2 weeks between refills given it was 2.5x the capacity. My wife also liked the idea of the camera feature so she could see if the cats were eating equally or if just one was using it more. When I set up the Granary it looked like the same mechanism as the Air, but it doesn't work the same way or nearly as well. For some reason it takes a looong time to dispense. Doing the testing during setup took 5 minutes to get it running but over an hour to test how well it put out food because dispensing even just 4x portions took forever (what was supposed to be 1/3rd of a cup). For some reason it pauses between each portion (portion, pause, portion, pause...) and each portion takes almost as long as several portions from the Air. It also makes a lot more noise than the Air, on top of the food hitting the bowl - it sounds like it is straining to dispense the food. I could live with slow dispensing, it was the wildly inaccurate dispense amount that was the deal breaker. The other reviews are right. I tried dispensing in cups, grams, and oz (all 3 possible units). It *never* dispensed more than half as much as it was told. If it always dispensed half I could adjust and just double the scheduled servings. However it wasn't just wrong, it was also wildly inconsistent - dispensing between 20% and 50% of the directed amount with no pattern to the ratio. These aren't guessed values - I recorded the requested amount and then used a measuring cup or scale to measure the result, testing multiple times with different portion counts. There is no way to compensate for that much variability. I followed the troubleshooting and definitely put out way more then the 'it will be inaccurate for the first 6 servings'. The kibble I use (purina pro plan kitten) is within their size recommendation (they have a handy 'no bigger than this' sticker on the machine). Nothing improved the inaccurate and inconsistent serving sizes. Maybe my particular kibble is just too close to being the wrong size or shape despite fitting in their recommended circle. Back to using the smaller Air feeder.

Don’t be fooled by the app
I bought this to replace my previous dual cat feeder. That one wasn’t perfect but it lasted me for years and was reliable. I bought this one, thinking the app would be a total game changer. I absolutely hate this thing. First of all, it is SO slow to dispense food. And despite it being a dual feeder (and set to such on the app), it consistently overfills one dish while leaving the other with just a few pieces. It was already driving me to the point where I was back to manually feeding anyway because I constantly had to check on even distribution of the food. But then the nail in the coffin was when the feeder randomly went off at 12:20am. I’ve never had it set to that time, so I opened the app to see what was wrong. The app no longer works and cannot connect, it won’t even let me log in. I unplugged it and I’m back to hand feeding.

Feeder gets jammed
I bought this because I travel a lot and wanted to feed my cats while I am away. The hard cat food I own is pretty small, the pebbles are a small rounded shape. I can't even feed them 1 cup at a time because the tunnel gets clogged and jammed because it doesn't have enough power to push out the food fast nor does it distribute it evenly. When it gets clogged you have to manually in person use a finger to push the food out of the tunnel and spread it out into the bowls. The pebbles easily get stuck because the feeder doesn't have enough power to push them out and into the bowls evenly. It will start okay, but as more food comes out, the food stays close to the entrance of the tunnel and therefore more and more food gets piled up there towards the entrance and eventually blocks/clogs the tunnel. I had to result to feeding them 4/12 cup of cat food like 8 times a day because the machine can only accept that little amount of serving size in order to work properly and not get jammed. I recently put a different kind of food in it, and it gets clogged even with setting the serving to 4/12 cup. I have been home so I have been able to unclog it myself in person, but please do NOT waste your money. I am currently on amazon trying to find and purchase a new one, possibly a dog feeder instead so I don't have to run into the issue of it getting clogged.

Beyond Predatory Business Practices and Privacy Policy
I needed to replace an older version of this feeder that broke. The only version with two bowls was the wifi one. I don't need my cat food hooked up to the internet, but I figured it was fine, I'd just not connect it. Unfortunately, this device no longer has controls to set it up without the app. You MUST install the app, and you MUST agree to their privacy policy (which doesn't respect your privacy at all) just to feed your cat. You also have to create an account, you have to tell them what kind of pet you have (including the breed), what your pet weighs, if you think it eats enough, etc. Then before you can even start connecting your device, you're asked to sign up for a subscription service for over $100 a year. For what? I guess to track how much food they eat, to store video files it takes, and take notes. Don't worry though, you'll be asked at least 4 times before your cat is allowed even one morsel of food. After giving a fake email and lying about my pet's info, I decided to check out their privacy policy (that you have to agree to to feed your pet). Here are some highlights: - they collect sound and video (if it has a camera) from your device - they use that information to train AI - they sell that information to 3rd parties (as data to train AI models, not the AI model itself) and marketing firms - they don't "knowingly" record people under 16. But that means they knowingly record people above 16. Don't worry though, they "anonymize your pets data" 🙄 - When you contact support, it immediately authorizes them to view all video and sound related to your device - it specifically asks you to turn on face unlock for the app. I don't use face unlock for my phone. I have the fingerprint scanner set up, and most apps just prompt you to use the biometrics already on your phone. This feels suspicious, but I don't want to make any accusations of abuse without proof - They also collect usage information from your phone. Who knows where that ends, but app has a looong list of trackers built in, and with everything they hoard off the service itself, I don't have high hopes. The best part of all that is they want you to pay them for the privilege of selling your data. You have to trust they aren't keeping and selling more than they say they are, and that they won't have any security flaws that let people hack into your feeder's camera either through your account or locally Look, this is a pet food dispenser. It just needs to feed my cats. It doesn't need a camera, a microphone, internet access, recordings of what's happening in my house, the breed of my cat, or any of this other nonsense. If these were OPTIONAL features for people who are trying to monitor their cats health, that'd be a little more understandable. But you cannot use this device offline, and you can't feed your cats unless you agree to let them train AI with their faces. This product is being blocked from my network and will be returned as soon as I'm back from my trip.

Works great!
Very happy with the feeder! A great option for a single-cat household. The setting-up process is a bit of a hassle but the machine is always responsive so you get used to it. I only wish that the portions were a little smaller so that I can have more control over the quantity of food. I find that for my cat, 1 portion is too little but 2 portions is too much. Nonetheless, once you figure out an overall system for your cat's food, it works out.

Autonomie totale
