This book will make you fall in love with Gilbert. It's all about creative living. Do whatever interests you and makes you curious, regardless of the outcome! You should be satisfied with the process. Everyone is creative; give your fears their place, and don't let them interfere with your creativity. Follow the clues, and they'll lead you to great ideas. Love your creativity like it's your lover and trusting that it loves you back is what Gilbert wants us to do, which is essential since most of us believe that our creativity doesn't love us in return and that without pain and suffering, there is no entirely false creativity. I am totally in love with how she perceives ideas and explains everything she understands about creativity. She is the youngest writer to share this wisdom. Worth reading!

Amazing book, but i will recommend before reading this book, read author's first book " The art of being alone" and then read this book... This duo changed my whole mindset. I hope it will also get the clarity too 🍃

I liked the book. Through her experiences Renuka narrated every topic nicely. I could connect to her. Simple english.

The book is really good and bluntly factual . It spits true facts about how the fear and people not living their own lives delving into the insecurities of the external world.

The book is about how we live our lives seeking validation and instant gratification. How we overlook our well being in order to suit to society’s standards. The author believes in living the life her way, which is self fulfilment and reflection of our inner self where most of us do what’s expected out of us. She doesn’t try to fit into trends. I admire how she’s listens to her inner voice the loudest whereas most people shun it as if what they feel isn’t worthy of it may be not so interesting. She serves self interest beyond anything else. One thing that bothers me where she focuses on how one must always do what they feel good or comfortable at in life and what gives us happiness . She doesn’t want to change herself but I feel change may be difficult but brings out the best in us. The book is lucid. One can read the book if they’re caught up highly by the societal norms and pleasing others. The one message I believe the author wants to give can be - Dear readers, Listen to your inner voice.

I like the book very much as I do the first book.The author has well articulated the thoughts and given good narration of the experiences of their life.A feel good and motivating book to read.
